In 1971 my Mother used to feed her cat outside .She would Set the bowl of dry food out at the kitchen door ... Then one day she heard a ruckus and the Hadedas were fighting with the cats to get the food . So she put a second bowl 🍜 of food further away from the cats bowl... Every night the Hadedas come to eat . They have been coming for over 50 years now ... The original pair and now there offspring. If my mother is late , the birds come to the kitchen door and sometimes into the kitchen to tell my mother they want their food 😂😂😂

Great story! Sounds like my wife. She also sets out a separate cat food bowl for the birds, in our case for a bird called a Southern boubou. And they get all upset when "their" food is not there! I'm amazed that they don't meow like cats yet😄

A man can learn a lot from watching you in the shop. With just a few simple tools your designing it for your taste. Nothing straight or square. But curvy. And we love curves

    Hey Diff
Thank you for the shout out to us up here in Canada, I’m in BC, right in the middle of the forest fire area and it’s a bit unnerving to say the least knowing that any time you can be called to evacuate and not knowing if you’ll have a home to come back to. I’ve been involved with cars my entire life and my life is in my shop, not sure what I would do if I came back and it was gone. Every day we pray for rain.
As always I enjoy watching your videos and am amazed by your craftsmanship and skills, it’s amazing what you accomplish in a little shop in the jungle.
Have an awesome week, see you in the next video.

I am now 65, and can fully understand her perspective... this is no longer my world either... and on it goes, I am now just a spectator.

A South African wizard named Diff
Fixes cars with more holes than a sieve
When he gets to bending tin bashing and welding
They're the best cars that ever there is
From the forest that he calls home
    Rat rods are organically grown
So if you're in the market for a ratrodded project
