with every band that has been in the game for few decades get to the point that they cant stop. its like something you love to eat once in a while you just stop eating it. you start to get the feeling of damn i would love that again, and then after a while you give in to the feeling and you go again. only the bands that HAD to stop for medical reasons stop playing completely.
I was able to see KISS 12 times in my life & my brother was with me 2 of those times. I was fortunate enough to have met them randomly over the years. All were super cool guys and I'm so thankful for their musical inspiration & for getting me past some very bad times in my life. My brother and I were right in the middle of this last show at MSG. How killer is that?!
KISS will always be my band! And have been since 76 when i first heard Destroyer on small, plastic, portable record player. A bullied, outsider kid saw rockstars, superheroes and what must be mythological on a cover while hearing the opening of Detroit Rock City. It gave me a band, a music style, a hobby and an identity. I was a KISS fan! Lip syncing i was always Paul, in a home made outfit and a DIY guitar. KISS was always a part of my life, and will remain so. ❤️🌹🎆🎇🎶🎸🥁
You Wanted The Best, You Got The Best, The Hottest Band In The World...KISS!! My First KISS concert was in 1978, New Haven Coliseum. Been on two KISS Kruises. I'm a fan for life!
KISS was the Greatest show on Earth and nothing gave me more joy in my life than when I was going to see them perform. I did a Meet and Greet with them in 2012 and I actually got to sing with them when they did their acoustic part of the M&G. It was the greatest moment in my life other than the birth of my kids. I miss them so much and I can't believe I'll never see them again. They were a part of my life for 50+ years. Only memories now, but great ones. Thank You Kiss for bringing me so much joy to my life.
Brought me to tears, as always. I was there, nights 1 and 2. I love you guys, you changed my life back in 1999 I really hope this show be released as a ALIVE V the final chapter. I WANTED THE BEST AND I GOT THE BEST!
1977 Love Gun! I've been playing drums ever since. Gene got me interested in bass guitar. Paul and Ace guitar. All of them singing influenced me to sing at times. One hell of a band that delivers an entertainment and joy score of 10 every time. Without them I don't know if I would have had the joy of music.
I saw the livestream and I was so emotional throughout the whole night. This band means more to me than anything else and I still miss them a lot. I’m excited to see what the future holds for Kiss. Love you guys so much!
This is so awesome! Brings back the memories from this emotional trip last year to NY, to see the hottest band in the world for their last show ever... Bittersweet feeling... miss the smell of a KISS show... KISS forever! 🤟 #61 0:14
I went to the last two shows. They were great. The crowd was relatively mellow. I think it’s because there were a lot of die hards there who’ve seen it all and were just taking it all in. I had fun but it was sad at the same time. KISS took it as far as they could. What a career.
It's hard to believe that one year ago today, KISS played its last show in New York I remember watching the Livestream on my TV, in fact you can find the full show somewhere on TH-cam, I was Crying like a little boy when they wrapped up the show, I saw them in Chicago as one of the last Five shows they played, I kind of dodged a bullet because they had to cancel 3 shows because Paul got sick in Canada, I Still have my KISS memorabilia that I've collected From the show, I'll be a KISS fan until the day I DIE!!!
Amazing show! They were my first concert back in the 90s so I had to go to their final show ever. Had goosebumps just watching the recap. I can’t believe that was a year ago.!
I’ve loved KISS for 53 years! I’m 56 👊🏻💯. Been to 15 Live Shows and would go again. A lot of old school bands are still out touring etc… NO ONE does it like KISS!!! NO ONE sounds as good as KISS! Keep Rocking guys! Thanks for the so many memories 👊🏻💯❤️🔥
I got into Kiss in 1978/79 after listening to Kiss Alive 2. The gatefold sleeve open listening to an amazing album.. I saw them in the UK in 1980.. 10 concerts later here I am.. what an amazing journey!!!!!!
Love it 60 years old and I remember the first time I heard KI⚡⚡ and I have been hooked since. Have every LP albums unopened and a few sets open for the week long party's on my Dad's property in the country. Just partied beer truck that was the best days of my life. Rochester NY at The Rochester Warmorial kick a$$ concerts. Looking at the single albums you guys done right now Genes is Red Aces is blue Peter Chris is green and Paul Stanley is purple. Memories for a lifetime thank you for the years. Rock And Roll 🎊🎉🧨🎸🥁🎹🎤 NYC ✌🏼🤙🏻✊🏻💪🏻👍🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻
I collected all the KISS bubblegum cards in the 70's so that I could put them all together to make a picture of the band. I even ordered a KISS radio off of a TV commercial...damned thing arrived broken though..
@blazinchalice I've got the metal lunchbox and thermos has received 2 for Christmas gifts from my parents friends who were cool but wasn't sure about Kiss thanks for sharing
@@Freddie-pe9nz Your parents (edit: and their friends) were cool. My mother gave me Alive II for my first album as a Christmas present. Cheers to the good parents out there giving their kids a good start on life, eh
@@blazinchalice Was it the radio that was a stage with the band and it had the tall things that were for the lights on each side of the stage. That was a radio I have and those ladder looking things I said held up the lights were broken when I received mine and I was lucky to be able to super glue it back together.
I was at the Final KISS Concert. I also had someone record the pay per view for me. I have not watched it since this recap. I emotionally just couldn't. This gave me all the Thrills and Chills that KISS has given me over the years. I love you Paul, Gene, Tommy, Bruce Kulick and Eric Carr. I have been with you since the beginning. I listen to Kiss everyday and play at least 3 Kiss songs on my guitar everyday, sometimes more. The KISS Army will keep KISS Alive and Well into the Future. Keep Rockin ' KISS Fans! 👍🤘🎸
STILL one of the BEST shows out there. I have seen most of the hard rock and Metal bands since 1980 and KISS tops them for performance and entertainment value....
Lucky enough to see them in early '78 at the ripe old age of 14 (lol...) - best damn show ever & they will be sorely missed by their millions of fans worldwide.
I believe this will be a live album with all the cameras they used to film it I saw that paul Stanley announced that they are working on a documentary of thw final tour which took place from January 2019 to December 2023 it Will probably take a little while since there will be lots of footage so hopefully in 2025 we get the documentary as well as the blu Ray of these two shows in new york
Been a fan since 2009 when sonic boom came out and will always love KISS. Your music made a huge impact on my life got through good times and bad times. The legend of kiss will live on through the avatars now and forever
Give us Kissology 4. I'm such a fan because of the DVD sets, i had an NTSC drive just for the 3 boxsets. And release the thing as a netflix style VOD service, so i could see the 1 2 3 once again. The disks went bad after so much use. And thank you.
There will never be another band like KISS! They say all good things must end..but I miss them already..😢
2027. *A show is coming*
Paul is already getting the itch, he says....

Yep, nothing like a bunch drag queens prancing around the stage 😂
Don't worry thell be back. They been doing fairwell tours since I was a teenager. I'm 47 now.
KISS is the soundtrack of my life. Thank you KISS for being there.
My son and I watched this live last year. His first KISS show of any kind. KISS will live forever!
I wish all Kiss members present and past a great retirement and continue to rock with their own personal music projects THANK YOU

I can confirm this. I ran into Paul Stanley at a Starbucks in the NYC West Village just three days ago. He was gracious and polite ... all class!
Been a fanatic since 1978. I was 5 and I was in awe!!! My band!!!
Will never forget the last 2 shows!!! We love KISS!!!
Man KISS is the best hands down! No one can do it like the Kings of Rock and roll
I mean Elvis is more the King. But I agree. No one and I mean NO ONE. Can beat KISS in stage presence and other things! 🤘🏻🤘🏻
Iron Maiden! But, that’s about it
That's why Stanley bows down to Jimmy page

KISS forever!
I will always love KISS!
Was one of the 20,000 there and it was an amazing show! Sure maybe not what everyone was expecting but still a great show!
What was different from expectations? I'll hazard a guess....no appearances by Criss and Frehley?
@ that I was hearing a lot, I was hoping to see a song from every album performed.
emily rojas López ❤❤❤❤
