with every band that has been in the game for few decades get to the point that they cant stop. its like something you love to eat once in a while you just stop eating it. you start to get the feeling of damn i would love that again, and then after a while you give in to the feeling and you go again. only the bands that HAD to stop for medical reasons stop playing completely.

I would not be a 65 years young guitar player/singer if not for the inspiration I got from seeing KISS So many times as a younger man, then as a Dad with my three sons. And yeah .. they're musicians too. We have a band of our own in Central Michigan. Seen my last show in Grand Rapids. I couldn't stop the tears from flowing at the end.

I was able to see KISS 12 times in my life & my brother was with me 2 of those times. I was fortunate enough to have met them randomly over the years. All were super cool guys and I'm so thankful for their musical inspiration & for getting me past some very bad times in my life.
My brother and I were right in the middle of this last show at MSG. How killer is that?!
I can confirm this. I ran into Paul Stanley at a Starbucks in the NYC West Village just three days ago. He was gracious and polite ... all class!
They are a unique group !!!! They had there ups and down and still stayed on top !!!!!!! They are true entertainers !!!!!!

KISS was the Greatest show on Earth and nothing gave me more joy in my life than when I was going to see them perform. I did a Meet and Greet with them in 2012 and I actually got to sing with them when they did their acoustic part of the M&G. It was the greatest moment in my life other than the birth of my kids. I miss them so much and I can't believe I'll never see them again. They were a part of my life for 50+ years. Only memories now, but great ones. Thank You Kiss for bringing me so much joy to my life.

The first two were supposed to be Paul Stanley and Vinnie Vincent. Meanwhile, Anton Fig was a temporary drummer when Peter Criss left and Eric Carr passed.

1977 Love Gun! I've been playing drums ever since. Gene got me interested in bass guitar. Paul and Ace guitar. All of them singing influenced me to sing at times. One hell of a band that delivers an entertainment and joy score of 10 every time. Without them I don't know if I would have had the joy of music.

I’ve loved KISS for 53 years! I’m 56 👊🏻💯. Been to 15 Live Shows and would go again. A lot of old school bands are still out touring etc… NO ONE does it like KISS!!! NO ONE sounds as good as KISS! Keep Rocking guys! Thanks for the so many memories 👊🏻💯❤️🔥

I went to the last two shows. They were great. The crowd was relatively mellow. I think it’s because there were a lot of die hards there who’ve seen it all and were just taking it all in. I had fun but it was sad at the same time. KISS took it as far as they could. What a career.
This is so awesome! Brings back the memories from this emotional trip last year to NY, to see the hottest band in the world for their last show ever... Bittersweet feeling... miss the smell of a KISS show...

It's hard to believe that one year ago today, KISS played its last show in New York I remember watching the Livestream on my TV, in fact you can find the full show somewhere on TH-cam, I was Crying like a little boy when they wrapped up the show, I saw them in Chicago as one of the last Five shows they played, I kind of dodged a bullet because they had to cancel 3 shows because Paul got sick in Canada, I Still have my KISS memorabilia that I've collected From the show, I'll be a KISS fan until the day I DIE!!!

I was in 7th grade, 1977 when I discovered Kiss. Destroyer was the first album I ever purchased. Still have it. I grew up in a small town; the satanic panic had a firm grip on our community, and it was not cool to be a Kiss fan. I was made fun of in school because I wore Kiss t- shirts, had a Kiss lunchbox, notebooks, stickers, posters and even action figures. I didn't care. I got to see them live at the Tulsa Civic Center in 1980 during the Dynasty tour, first concert i had ever been to and I was lucky enough to catch a Paul Stanley guitar pick (actually didn't catch it, I picked it up off the floor. I was in the 3rd row), and I still have that too. As a kid growing up, Kiss was more than just a rock band. They were magical, an escape, a big FU to my parents and our stuffy community. They were my heroes. Over the years, as I discovered different types of music, went to work, got married, had kids and began to find out what life was really like, that magic that was Kiss kinda dimmed a little. I think I stopped listening around the time Unmasked came out. I couldn't deal with Kiss with no makeup. I could go on forever so I'll just say, Kiss got me thru some tough times in my life, they will always be my heroes and I'm sad to see them go.

I got into Kiss in 1978/79 after listening to Kiss Alive 2. The gatefold sleeve open listening to an amazing album.. I saw them in the UK in 1980.. 10 concerts later here I am.. what an amazing journey!!!!!!
The backing tracks make the performance fairly convincing.
think of the people who came from all over to see this "LAST" show - and paid a fortune - and they got the same show the people in any other town USA got - along with the lip sync crap and same set list -
