Watch that layer shift tho
I would hate paying that much for a printer just for there to be so much waste and bad layer shifts. Just get a creality
I prefer elegoo but anything's better than how much waste the Bambu labs printers produce
@@lilcaps I will go for Anycubic Kobra PRO 2.. best 3D printer ever
@@lilcaps ooowf, Elegoo is terrible.
@@johnlocke3481 I think you ment to say terrific still a weird word choice tho
why do you have 2 major layer shifts?
that's not the actual print smarty pants.
@SmaxyMiguel you can see it on the print and prime tower.
Are yuo blind @SmaxyMiguel
If you can't see the layer shifts then you don't know what a layer shift is.
Several layer shifts. They would drive me crazy 🤪
Make sure to get the Reduce Purge Profile save up to 45%
Thanks for the tip
@@Decapent_Tateru r welcome
Save up to 45 percent by switching to Geico
Where would I find this profile?
My son went to settings and reduced the purge from like 180 to 32 but I did get muddy coloration that much but I'm not sure if that's from flushing into fill
The coolest printers ever and humans be making the dumbest shit lmao
Come watch what I make with it 😂
This is what I don’t understand about these printers. Maybe I’m a bit too old to get it but it seems like so much waste, people just pump out these little plastic toys all day? And just look at em for a while ?
@@broncotrolly not really. There is basically two parts of the 3D printing community. Those that use 3D printers to create cool projects (3D printing is a great way to manufacture cheap and durable prototypes) and those that use 3D printers to make figuerines and toys.
@@newtonzheng9025 and the massive community that designs firearms lmao
For real though. I know a guy that started a 3d printing business and doesn't know how to model. Lot of people buy one and go into business making crap off thingiverse.
The multicolor is cool but yeah printing shit you can buy at gamestop is a big creative bottleneck for innovation.
It's giving the consumer the power to consumer consumables for consumers to consume. Well dialed in plan lol
Him: "Bambu is great printer, what a nice print quality." 😂
A great demo of WHY all slicers should support a FUNCTIONAL OBJECT PRINT for the purge to STOP WASTING FILAMENT.
They do, he just didn't use it
@@riba2233 I use Cura 5.6 and have never seen the ability to use a .STL as the purge destination.
@@brianmi40 well he is certainly not using cura :) bambu and orca slicer have that option
Yeah , or just break the object into pieces
Seems like a lot of that wasted plastic could be used internal of the print.
I have the A1. Had the layer shift happen to me as well. Just had to retension the belt. No shifting issues since then. It's not hard to deal with.
But the belt is auto tensioned it in not adjustbpe
@jacobrhine7619 it is adjustable, my machine stated that there was an issue with the belt and sent me to the how to wiki on how to re-adjust the belt. You essentially just loosen a lock nut and push the tension button and then re-tighten the lock nut. Takes maybe a minute or two to do.
@@jacobrhine7619auto tensioners work to an extent. At some point your belts will need to be properly re tensioned by you. Most of the Bambu labs printer will actually tell you when they need to be tensioned. Usually the belt will stretch after 2-500 printing hours and after that won’t need tensioned again unless it breaks. (Or like my v0 and it eats the belt in 100hrs 3 times before I realize I forgot a washer during assembly)
Sick layer shifts bro
Crazy layer shift. Did not see that for many years
I did not have any layer shifts yet on the a1 mini
I have had that once. And that was my fault. After changing motors, i forgot to tighten one pulley screw. Lol.
that layer shift, on a top end printer like his?
this is litteraly the opposite of a a top end printer, an A1, the A series is the cheapest bambu printers
Just by looking at the price I don’t think the A1 is top end at all
X1C is the top end
@@owen8399Prusa is top end
@@sadteeto in quality its bottom end. in price its quite expensive. you can buy way better printers for a fraction of the price.
This open face panda looks cursed AF
Aaaand they're recalled
We should talk about your filament addiction
This one video is making the Ender and Anycubic owners so happy. Meanwhile, X1C and P1P owners are reveling in the high quality and speed our machines routinely produce.
Build a Voron Trident, 6-9 colour changer and faster, quieter prints with real linear rails
Great way to throw away some filament
Some? More like 50%
Great color choice. I struggle with how much my printer poops because it's so much wasted filament. Sorry that your print faced an error!
Have you tried purging into another model?
The layer shift was due to a power outage, he explained it in the full video
Perfect!
Can u recycle the plastic to make more 3D printing ?🤔
Crazy layer shift, surprised you kept the print going
Bello, peso dell'oggetto stampato: 65gr. Peso della torretta di spurgo e di spurgo per la pressione del nozzle 250gr. Complimenti
Do you have a ventilation setup of any kind? I read it’s important since even PLA’s fumes contain VOCs.
Those layer shifts 🫠
3D printers are a really powerful tool for creating one off productions, but they seem like a really expensive way to make a toy.
Don't use grid infill. Those cross and cause layer shifts more often
Got dang that layer shift hurt my soul
Nice layer shift and i hope u sent that back for the bunk cable
I just wanna know, how stable is the table?
I have my p1p placed on an old cheap student kitchen table and it swung around like a metronome while printing. I’ve bolted it to the wall, now it’s OK 👍
Maybe fast sharp movements caused the layer shift
Now this is high tech compared to my dinosaur of a Tevo
After production finishes could be a vacuum heat chamber for it to pack itslef
Holy moly That thing is loud as hell lol
did your unit have the sparks on the cable upgrade?
Good print. ¿What about the recall of the A1?
Dayummm that layer shift tho
Sympa le décalage de couche
IS IT LOUD ENOUGH?!😮
Error in a print I just trow away, save filament, solve the problem and do it again.
You should never end a print with a big defect.
A big cause of layer shifting is the sd card breaking down. Next time you get one, Try the same stl on a fresh card before you go messing with anything else unless its obvious.
It was caused by a power outage, he explains on the full video
rip 😢
can your printers print pla? id like to get one if that is possible. working on prototyping a new disc golf disc. already printed one using a ender 3 but it had some issues and was hoping maybe your printers are a little more advanced and can handle pla??
Tighten your x axis belt and invest in an automated fire suppression system 😊
I was just waiting for it to catch fire mid video 😂
Layer shifting 😬
Do two print and have the filament change purge into the other one for the color
Jerk settings sound really high.
I have this printer and I love it but I refuse to print that way. I much rather print parts separately.
I’d be more worried it catches fire than that layer shift
That thing is loud!
To own a bambu you must own a filament recycler to manage all the waste
The one and only downfall of the bambu
Nice layer shifts
Dude posts the video , and fails to notice that layer shift 😅😅
I know which 3d printer I'm getting next 😮
So cute. The baby printer is pooping.
i watched one of these at microcenter shit the bed and be restarted like 10 times with the default prints.
Nadie me a pregtuntado pero.. Cuando cambia de dirección el extrusor suena mucho a mecánica forzada. Como un klock, klock, klock.. este es el perfil de serie de la bambú?
En la torre de purga se escucha muy bien el ruido que digo.
So how is your cable on the back? Do you have one of those that need to be replaced because of fire hazard?
They all need to be replaced. Ticking timebombs
Be great if you could feed the poop threads into a smaller printer for like spare nuts n things save you having to find a way to re shape it again..
ive got the same issus. 90% of my prints failed after tons of calibration tests
Bellissima
Be sure to post a video when your A1 catches on fire… that should be epic…
A coating of nozzle that would have to be re applied
Layer Shift on it’s finest
lol we're just gunna ignore the layer shift?
Is that the mini or regular
Holy crap that's fast!
Really wasteful too!
@@JohnnyBuxton That's the price you pay to multi-colour print. At least it's biodegradable and compostable material.
Only at an industrial facility@@gooosfrabaYT, hopefully Vlad pays for it to be recycled properly.
@@gooosfrabaYT only biodegradable in a heated, commercial reactor. Not biodegradable in the sense you're thinking.
Not too hard to get most printers running this fast. I've has 2 kingroon kp3s running this fast with better print quality (except I still get a single ring/ghost artifact after sharp geometry)
And I'm running 150mm/s & 8k accel on travel and 5k on walls for a quality profile. A1 has a higher top print speed, but the quantity drops to a level I won't accept.
Your belts are not tensioned properly. They are skipping teeth causing an audible grinding noise (bad for the belt) and the occasional jump during printing leading to layer shift. If that doesn't solve it, because it is easy to do, there may be some issue with the motors. I would say that is unlikely however.
But the whole point of this Printer .brand
is that It Just works right out the Box no calibration or fkg around with belts necessary. Not that your wrong doh.
@@AlbertoMartinez765 You'll eventually need to tighten the belts anyway. But I kinda agree. If it's a new printer, this shouldn't be an issue.
Look at all those layer shifts. Yikes.
What's with the layer shift?
Noooooo that layer shift 😭😭😭
nice layer shift bambu lap rocked 🤪 🤪 🤪
It was because the power had gone out, do your research before commenting
nice telegony, but the panda : plz kill me
I'd love to see a wide open mouth panda poop catcher :)
Can't you purge in the infill? I also don't get the purge block when you have the poop shute as well
За такие деньги столько шума, просто жесть😂. Да и подтяни ремни по X , Y осям, особенно по X оси.
Why does it waste so much filament during color change? Is there a way to reduce its waste?
Bro he had more purge than print
Is bamboo printer worth the price....!?
Didn't they have a major call-back for all the A1 printers?
Holy layer shift Batman
❤❤ I want to make a panda....
How did this short go from 150k views to almost 300k in 3 days
Printer cost
Your lead screw is screwed just as you😂
Looks like a layer shift
Might wanna tighten that x-gantry belt bruda
SOMEONE'S BAMBU HAS LOOK SCREWS !
Good advert for shift layers😂
If you want to make something useful, you only need 1 color. That panda wasted more filament for 1 print than I wasted in 2 years.
Name printer ?
Слишком большая скорость, некачественно
This printer got recalled
All that money for that setup and it still layer shifts man I would be angry
Layer shifts??
I watch these videos and think about all the material you're wasting to print a multi coloured panda which if designed better could be printed with individual colours and assembled. Also, the printer sounds loud... Or is that just the proximity of the mic?
can't you purge as infill?
Bambu lab printer doing a brain surgery on a panda.
Purging poop AND purge tower… jesus christ man. 75% wasted 25% actually used
Layer shifty. Time to tighten up some belt somewhere.
