    Hello Jordan. Making this recipe tonight in my Foodi. Cutting it in half and using 3oz of whipped cream cheese in place of 2oz (1/4 block) of regular. I think that ought to work.

      @@mymomlife Worked excellent even with whipped cream cheese. Used 25% more of the whipped however. My 24 year old grandson has asked me to make it for him. Stop over to my channel if you have a chance. The Insecure Chef.

    Corn is also good in potato soup I like adding bacon and little of sour cream . Instead of cornstarch you can also add a little bit of instant potatoes .

      I love corn in potato soup!! That is a good tip on the instant potatoes. I will try that next time.

    I can not have milk or half do you think I can substitute almond milk in stead. Al what can be replace with cream cheese can not have that either.

      Yes almond milk would work. Unflavored and unsweetened. You can totally leave out the cream cheese. I am not sure of a good dairy free replacement for cream cheese.
