Too much tension in your playing?

If you have too much tension in your flute playing it can have an impact on all sorts of aspects of your technique. Sometimes we have to engage more and other times we have to engage less....confused?! I've used an arpeggio in this video to demonstrate how relaxation has to work with tension in order to create the perfect technique for you.
