Thank you for this! I’ve had braces for 2 months now and am still really struggling. I’m currently on grade 7 and I was just wondering, in your experience how long will it take to rediscover your sound?

@zoe_08 - it really depends on your mouth set up & how much time you are giving to this. If you have both top & bottom it can take a bit longer. Without seeing you it’s hard to tell. Keep working on these long notes to strengthen your muscles. Good luck!
