This would've been much more emotional with custom animations for both Frankie and Beckett's dialogue between each other.
Because I can totally see that more clearly than them standing around, with barely any emotion... and yet the dialogue is BRIMMING with it.
It's likely a budget thing. They wanted to do that but needed people to do other stuff or adding the unique animations create a technical complication.
@Nicholas Conundrum If you've done actual game development, you'd know how wrong your statement likely is.
As someone who studied game development, makes hobby games to practice and volunteers at game developer conferences to network and learn from the talks, game developers are rarely actually lazy. At all levels, but especially AAA professional studios, it's important to know where to put the work in to achieve the creative vision as fully and as efficiently as possible. And rarely does the budget or available technology allow developers to do everything they need to the standard they want. So they have to be selective. Not animating a completely new animation that's only used in 1 scene could allow the animator to spend time doing something that improves a larger part of the whole experience, e.g. doing an art pass on all the game's weapons third-person animations to make them less janky.
I would be genuinely surprised if the dissonance between the voice acting and animation didn't come up in playtesting of that scene. But fixing it may have meant less bug fixing and bug fixing was one of the biggest things Wastelanders needed to do.
TL;DR - Do you even use prioritisation, bro?
@@PlebNC I find it interesting how adding an animation creates a technical complication... considering past titles with a carbon copy engine... with another engine tacked on for networking... yes, I've done some modding myself.
On the topic of adding animations, they haven't learned anything from FNIS' ability to add animations, have they?
But... I also agree with priorities... even though they're literally bleeding whatever player base even remains at this point.

I don't even play Fallout 76, but Watoga Underground is now my favorite location. So many beautiful vehicles, just lying there. Such a shame, that because of the events of Fallout 1, 3, and 4, that none of them will be running properly for a long, long time.
Sad no one thought to get spare parts and fix some vehicles.

I just wanna remind everybody the Sole Survivor is frozen during all this and the Chosen One and the Lone Wanderer and the Courier aren't born yet and the original Vault Dweller is probably a baby at this point in time idk why but that's always in the back of my mind when I play 76 it's like Hey my player character in 4 is still frozen during all this I'm telling ya it's wack

I think it's interesting Frankie calls Becket Becket, considering it's clearly his last name. Frankie even identifies himself as "Frankie Becket".

Hey Ox did you know the “blood eagle” was actually a form of torture where the skin in the back was skinned and folded to look like wings on a person

Well, we know now.
Well, it wasn't the skin that made the wings.
When the skin of the back was folded back, they would take the ribcage and fold it outwards through the back.
This was all done while the person was still alive, and they were crucified beforehand, strung up on a cross and then the whole rib thing.
If the person screams, they don't gain entrance to Valhalla. They have to be completely silent during this.

Beckett's voice actor is the best in the game
I have thoroughly enjoyed all of Beckett's missions, but I'm curious and I haven't seen all of the videos you've produced on the allies you can have in 76, which is your favorite ally? I'm actually from WV and I've gotten so tickled at just how accurate the little things are in this game. The way Ronnie speaks, for instance, is just how someone from here would speak, the euphemisms, the pronunciations and the accents are just dead on. I know the game isn't perfect, but I've never played a game that was, but I do know that I just love it. I'm glad to see you're doing videos on it. I loved your Fallout 4 videos and now, I'm loving these.

Nope it’s called a Chryslus Cherry bomb. Rocket 69 is the name of it in the promotion in that driving game.
Rocket 69 is also what the version of it is called in Forza
Such car silos really exist, not underground but in form of towers, just google "Autostadt Wolfsburg" the two big glas towers are filled with cars scheduled for delivery.
The Claw/Frankie is Josh Robert Thompson, best known for his stint as the Robot Side to Craig Fergeson "Geoff Pederson" on the Late Late Show.
They really have outdone themselves with this underground complex. That place is huge!

This quest started out of the blue. And what a masterpiece...
Called it about the Claw and Frankie.
Just as an FYI, the last terminal, before you get to the button, opens one of the garage doors blocked by the tires. You can squeeze through past the tires and sneak around. I actually took out all but one of the enemy using stealth before I even pushed the button.

There was an instancing bug for this Watoga Underground section which is why we see lots of dead Blood Eagles in this video. If you were really unlucky (my experience) it affected the final showdown and prevented Ronny and her gang from spawning. The only fix was to leave WU and switch servers.
Thankfully this bug was fixed and has since been patched.

So... nearly (if not) all the clocks around say 9:47am when all stopped, the bombs fell.. etc. HOWEVER in here, I do not recall if it was Parking B or C, but there is A CLOCK that reads about 7:37pm WHY?
Maybe it had batteries or something instead of being hooked up with wires

The "dollmaker" sounds more like a person that makes dolls.. both toys AND people. Perhaps the dollmaker is the person that uses people as dolls, turning them into the "claw" if that is a title that is moved between people.

Brandon Gingereski he does. 13:12 he finds the key that opens that door.
I have a different quest in the same place, but I'm putting it off until that particular character is up a few more levels and packing some heavier ordinance.
