I know it’s been a while, but I’m back. This video is for those of you that are contemplating getting your CPA license, on the journey to get it, or just freshly licensed in the public accounting industry. I’ve been licensed for the past 4 years and have learned so much since then.
In my opinion, the process was long, hard, and lonely, but was absolutely worth it! I would get my CPA over and over again. Not only is it such a big part of who I am, but it enabled me to reach a level of success that most people either don’t attain or takes them very long to.

Thank you for sharing, I am almost done with my associate's degree in accounting and will be starting my BA in accounting, then plan to get my CPA. Intermediate accounting 2 is kicking my behind right now but i am trying to keep my eyes on the prize.
@ladyshiloh19 that sounds like a great plan! Give your full focus on what is in front of you at that time. You can do it! I failed Intermediate Accounting 301 the first time if that makes you feel any better lol. So, just keep going no matter how many times you get kicked in the butt lol. And If you need any extra help, I currently tutor on Wyzant for Tax and Financial Accounting.
Great video, I’m currently 3/4 on my cpa exams. Hoping to be completely done in a few months!
@chocolateskinnedbeaty Thanks girl! Wow, that's amazing! You're 75% of the way there and then you're done lol. Enjoy these last couple of months. I know you're ready to be done, but you might look back and miss the process a very tiny bit lol. Proud of you joining the less than 1% 😊
