If you get some cheap foam mug cozies from like a dollar store & cut them into sheets or some silicone or foam pot holders & wrap them around your pushup handles (just with duck tape), really helps your hands not hurt.

@ 5:00 the paneling is called Linen Fold. Awesome that it's all done by hand. Definitely deserves a second look! This vid is really a lot of fun and like others I really like the zany edits to random things. Good job. Unexpected manor house and gardens were great too! I’m so glad you enjoyed the video. It was honestly such a chaotic video to edit as we typically shoot linearly and edit in order. But it was a fun challenge to figure out how to keep it flowing and interesting. We might do more of them in the future as people seem to like the format.

The windmill tour was awesome. I may actually have to go there to see it sometime. Also, was it just me, or did anyone else yell “JUMP!” when that last cute little duckling ran to the edge of the water? 😂😊

That windmill tour was so unexpected and delightful. It was one of those moments where we could very easily have missed the sign or just kept driving. So grateful we made the impulsive decision to check it out. 🥰🫶🤘😎
If you get some cheap foam mug cozies from like a dollar store & cut them into sheets or some silicone or foam pot holders & wrap them around your pushup handles (just with duck tape), really helps your hands not hurt.

Yes adding weights definitely helped me but it’s important to do the technique properly so you don’t strain your lower back or I just yourself so I recommend adding 5 lbs at a time, over time.
