And we live out in the countryside. In America, Kimball and I wouldn’t be this comfortable. Nor would we show any kind of affection as most of those areas are conservative and not as welcoming (we’ve found). Here though, it has been amazing 🧡 Our neighbors are really great and welcoming as well. Super nice. If the do have a problem with us, they certainly aren’t saying anything. But also, I’m an “I don’t give a s#!t what you think” when it comes to others not accepting us, so maybe they pick up on it? Come back and hang out any time! No but can we talk about how tasty that meal look? I personally cook my fish about 15 minutes in the oven. It doesn't make it crispy, but it doesn't dry it either. A bit of maple syrup, salt, pepper and sometimes a dab of oil can make miracles. 😋 On another note, I'm in the process of watching all your videos that came out before I discovered your channel (heavy program) and I'm enjoying it so much. I haven't travel much in my life and never on my own, for it is a bit overwhelming for me. But through your vlogs, I get to see a glimpse of the world and I find myself wanting to go on some adventures one day. Thank you for that. But home vlogs are great too! You can't always be living in a suitcase after all. 🧡

here i am going to share proof that i probably have always been weird: i never cared for mashed potatoes, however i always looked forward as a child when my grandmother or mother made them because later that week it turned into potato pancakes (i know it is basically the same thing) and yes i am sure all of you guessed it that sidedish proves i am from the southern US, lately i have been using butter that is whipped with buttermilk but usually i like the ones made with olive or grapeseed oil and yes i do try to clean as i go in the kitchen, it is so much easier afterward

For us, acceptance hasn’t been an issue at all here in England. And we live out in the countryside. In America, Kimball and I wouldn’t be this comfortable. Nor would we show any kind of affection as most of those areas are conservative and not as welcoming (we’ve found). Here though, it has been amazing 🧡
Our neighbors are really great and welcoming as well. Super nice. If the do have a problem with us, they certainly aren’t saying anything.
But also, I’m an “I don’t give a s#!t what you think” when it comes to others not accepting us, so maybe they pick up on it?

No but can we talk about how tasty that meal look? I personally cook my fish about 15 minutes in the oven. It doesn't make it crispy, but it doesn't dry it either. A bit of maple syrup, salt, pepper and sometimes a dab of oil can make miracles. 😋 On another note, I'm in the process of watching all your videos that came out before I discovered your channel (heavy program) and I'm enjoying it so much. I haven't travel much in my life and never on my own, for it is a bit overwhelming for me. But through your vlogs, I get to see a glimpse of the world and I find myself wanting to go on some adventures one day. Thank you for that. But home vlogs are great too! You can't always be living in a suitcase after all. 🧡

Christmas pasta is a recipe we found from a chef on food network many years ago. It has a bunch of stuff in it but is just Devine. I think it is Giada de Laurentis recipe.

We had just eaten giant salads and have green kale smoothies for lunch so we weren’t in the mood lol. We eat quite a few veggies in the day so we tend to have less during dinner. It also has been better for indigestion at night for whatever reason.

here i am going to share proof that i probably have always been weird: i never cared for mashed potatoes, however i always looked forward as a child when my grandmother or mother made them because later that week it turned into potato pancakes (i know it is basically the same thing) and yes i am sure all of you guessed it that sidedish proves i am from the southern US, lately i have been using butter that is whipped with buttermilk but usually i like the ones made with olive or grapeseed oil
and yes i do try to clean as i go in the kitchen, it is so much easier afterward

I love that everyone has different tastes in food. I think I like potatoes so much because we grew up in Idaho and they are just famous for them. Used to have twice baked potatoes with cheese on top as a kit. Sealed the deal. After I met Kimball’s mom, she made a cheesy potato soup that is still one of the best things I’ve ever tasted.

Yes, I feel as though the US has many rules about pasteurisation that don’t apply as heavily in Europe. But I think it’s worth a shot. It’s very good 🤤

I mostly have Italian and German on my mother’s side and heavy British on my dad’s side. But I was born in America.
