If you need it to be seen in CLO’s 3D window or any real time 3D viewer, you can use internal lines with fold angles and shape the collar pattern to have this ribbed look. I think it is possible but might be a bit tricky to get perfectl result. If you need that look only in render you can use displacement map for your texture.
How did you bring the Rib effect on Collar fabric? That's not explained at all here.
