    Hey man, I really like those footpegs, I have the exact same bike, just 2016. But when I look up those footpegs, it says they require the rizoma mounts for them and the mounts aren't made for the bike. How did you get those pegs to fit?

    Do you have a better video, where you can show the rear of your bike? I am very interested in getting a 821 this summer and putting an LED rear brake light.

    • @llibertargerich
      @llibertargerich  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Drew Ricci from 0:34 to 0:46 you get a good shot at the back of the bike and the integrated tail light. This is the only footage I have so far. Might upload something on the weekend if I go for a ride.

    What are the pros/cons to a carbon fiber tank as opposed to the stock tank? Looks sweet but I️ dont want it affecting performance dramatically or get dinged up easily

    • @llibertargerich
      @llibertargerich  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      David Suh honestly, I did it first and foremost for aesthetics. I went down on a corner on a ride about a year ago and banged the tank. Rather than replacing with another stock tank I started the carbon project. The bike feels lighter somehow but I’m not good a rider enough to really notice the difference.
      I recently added the termignoni exhaust and I’m thrilled with the overall bike looks, noise and riding performance.

    • @llibertargerich
      @llibertargerich  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Front blinkers are same brand as rear ones, New Rage Cycle (NRC). Such a massive difference from the massive OEM ones!

      ConditionRed pretty straight forward, it is just a cover so no complex manipulation.

    • @AlanTrades
      @AlanTrades 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@llibertargerich ok I just looked into it. I'm doing the same thing except with gold parts. Did you have to cut the OEM o ring slightly to get it to fit though?

    • @llibertargerich
      @llibertargerich  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      ConditionRed nope, it did fit perfectly, no adjustments whatsoever.

    Too much red for my taste, but otherwise awesome. And your brake fluid needs to be flushed. :)

      I'm glad I found your comment 👍☺
      While I can appreciate the time and effort put into the bike's appearance, the red dots all over the bike are a big distraction. Would gunmetal grey work?
      I own a Ducati Red Monster and have painted some silver/grey parts black so I'm not a colour prude.

    All carbon fiber but stock exhaust!!!

    • @llibertargerich
      @llibertargerich  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, the plan is to add Termignonis at some point but I'm really struggling to find someone that would install them and most importantly do the upmap in California. Funnily enough the M1200 ones are US homologated but not the M821.

      sseification That's ok, mate. Customization is a natural is part of a bike's ownership, but you don't have to do it or like it. Most important part is to Enjoy your monster!
