That first house, I didn't like any of the finishes but I really like how the entire first floor was garage space and game rooms and all expensive stuff was 1 or two stories above. Will help during hurricanes not to gut renovate the entire place.
The house is also very high so I doubt the water ever gets in there. Check out how high the pool deck is. Still a good idea as you mentioned living on the water.

I like the different angles and how part of the house went forward and gave a better presentation of depth. Who would of thought a motorcycle would like right in place inside a house. And a good choice of a Ducati.
