  • I say it all of the time... I am a wharncliffe wh**e... And this, this is the knife that made me this way. I loved it when it first arrived, and I love it even more so, after 13 beautiful months together.

I have carried a Yojimbo with me for many many years, 2 of the original model and now a 3rd Yojimbo 2 . Absolutely the best working knife for me

Such an interesting design. I love how the self defense aspect is there and yet still such an edc monster. Great review 👍

I don’t have one , but I never minded the look of the yojimbo . This thing reminds me of something super primitive . Like a blade shape made from a sharpened rock hundreds of years ago . This is the first of your videos I’ve watched , but I really like your approach !! Thanks for the video !! Take care .

When I first saw this knife I thought it was weird looking but now I think it's gorgeous! Funny how things change!

Just got the black coated S30v with the OD green micarta scales. Outstanding knife! Great compression lock action. My second favorite Spyderco in my collection (Smock is my fave).

I am also an office guy during the day but spend many nights training martial arts so I appreciate the Yojimbo for all of its virtues. I took a seminar on Janich's martial blade concepts and that was my gateway to folding knives. Of coarse I had to get his his knife that embodies his tactical genius.

I just put a bronze lynch on the DLT tan scales and it became the deadliest treat on the dessert cart. Yum.

Great vid once again, you've really made your Yojimbo your own, it looks great :)
I've been collecting for many years and used to dislike Spydies, then someone gifted me a Tenacious and my perspective completely changed once I got it in-hand.
I now own more Spydies than any other brand, I can't decide whether I like the Jimbo or the Canis more, I love them both and I actually think they look pretty awesome :)

More like 250-300 now, 3 years later. I have not bought it yet, but will if I get into an environment to do so, because I live in Iceland, and it's extra expensive when I buy things from the US.

The YJ2 has not been on my favorite user Spyderco list , As I've only bought the BHQ DLC M4 version. But after recently trading for the tan 20CV Exclusive, I've come to appreciate the Yojimbo 2 blade shape and weird ergos.
