The POF P415's are at the very top of the food chain of piston AR15's. I've owned just about every top brand of piston AR15 and there is none better than the P415. I have a 10.5" gen 4 edge P415 and absolutely love it !! 5000 plus rounds and never not even 1 malfunction. Can't say enough good stuff about them!
I own 4 POF-USA rifles/pistols, a P308 EDGE 16", A P415 10.5" in 5.56, A RenegadePlus 10.5" in .300blk, and A Piston driven Revolution 12.5" .308/7.62×51.....Needless to say I am a huge fan of POF-USA,(accept the new Tombstone, that thing is dog sh!t). I also own multiple LWRC piston and D.I. guns, a Sig MCX LT, and some other misc. rifles. The POF-USA fit and finish is top notch, they have been 100% reliable. It would be really hard for me to choose which rifle is better between the Lwrc piston guns and the POF-USA piston system. I love how the POF-USA system has no small parts or springs that could wear out, and the heat sink barrel nut is awesome. With POF-USA you just get stuff you don't find on other rifles, like the E2 chamber, heat sink barrel nut, anti tilt buffer, full ambi controls, and soo much more. They really are well thought out guns, with pretty much every part of the rifle being upgraded somehow.
Got mine from battlehawk armory a few weeks ago for $1,700. The quality is awesome on it. Thanks for the review, not many out there on the p415.
You’ll love it brother! They are truly solid units!
hey bro, do you have a link for that company/armory or channel on here perhaps ? , i am a u.s. marine vet here 93' to 97' active ! , thanks > tom !
POF P415 10.5 in .300 Blackout 👌
They should offer the 5.56 versions in 11.5 / 12.5 instead now, since that's what people in/out of the military have been moving too.
What size does everyone refer to when you mention 10.5, 11.5, 12.5? Sorry if thats a dumb question just trying to get all the info i can.
POF has a 12.5"
Love my gen 4 P415! The definition of reliability.
Love the p415!!! One day i will own the Revolution 308 too!
Both my POF rifles are madly reliable. However they are not as precise in group size as some of my other platforms. I think it's the mass of the piston and op-rod hanging off the end
I just purchased a 12.5 Inch POF Upper Edge in Burnt Bronze. I plan on Pin and Welding a 4 Inch Muzzle Device and getting a POF Lower in Burnt Bronze.
Going with w Strike Industries Pit-Stock and Buffer Tube in FDE, and a CZ Shadow 2 Pistol Grip. Basically nothing on my Rifle will be Plastic or Rubber.
Where do you like to go out to shoot? Newish to AZ. Only been out to Rio Salado and Ben Avery. Looking for a good place just out in the desert hopefully not too too far from Phoenix.
For some reason, they switched barrels. They use to have Heavy Fluted Barrels. Not sure about the current quality of barrel now.
I took the brake off on mine so I can attach a can on it. Goes to 600 yards pretty good with decent 77 grain ammo. It’s a great rifle.
Is the barrel threaded 1/2”x28?
@@keithsibert7947 yes I believe so
How is that folder holding up? Any signs of carrier tilt?
Is that a Ultradyne Apollo Max brake?
Good shit Dinger !!! I have the same one in black !! F****ng badass !!!
It’s a solid unit. Love It. Thanks for the support 🙏🏽
I have revolution 16inch in 308 good one
some rifles are actually designed to have a gap between the top receiver and the hand guard.
Got mines 1800$ in 2020 and still have it shot over 5k rounds
Same here, got an older gen 2 model before they moved towards lighter barrels and handguards
These things go for around 2k to 2.2k which is around the price of some LWRC M6 variants and wayyyy cheaper than MR556’s.
Wow😮
Pof has some great rifles. But God forbid you have a problem their customer rep Juan is a douch. Worst experience I've ever had and got fed a bunch or lies.
hey bro's, new sub for ya here , i am a u.s. marine vet here 93' to 97' active ! , only have email here , would love to talk more , thanks n talk soon > tom !
You made a rather costly mistake. Don’t mount your canted red dot on your rail like that.
Did you forget the rest of the video? What an awkward and abrupt ending
