Quite possibly the cables are entangled under the bumper cover. Reason why it's important to reroute cables on it's proper locations. This is valid for any vehicle. When removing the bumper cover make sure it they're properly set. Zip ties might come in handy! If original clips are broken/lost. ;-)
At first i watched another video. But they didnt mentioned the twisting to get the light out the house. But my car didnt have much slag. So i was pulling and pulling, but nothing. So i looked for a better video. And found yours. Very helpfull. The detail is important
Not a big deal on these cars. The wires are easily accessible from underneath. In case some intervention is needed on the wires themselves. These bumper cover come out quite easily exposing all the cables. So not a big deal either. These are really "user friendly" cars. A rarity nowadays! ;-) Cheers
For future reference the bulb type is 5W, W5W.
Avoid using 3W too weak. Or 10W too strong (might burn the plastic). Cheers
Thanks for taking the time to post this helpful video 😊
You make easy to follow videos. Cheers
I replaced mine with LED bulbs but mine would not show enough cable to remove as you did. I had to do mine from under the bumper.

turn light off - otherwise you risk blowing the fuse!
Be careful the cable doesn't drop into the car.
