- In this video I'm showcasing to you guys the diet that I followed during the initial days of my weight loss journey. I lost 30 Kgs on this diet plan in 5 months. This is a relatively low carb diet coupled with intermittent fasting.
I'm 21years old and I've been a fat kid since childhood but the last 5 months were something totally different for me as I went all in for my body transformation and this is the script of my complete journey where you can see me going from fat to jacked with a healthy but extreme weight loss and me unknowingly doing the best cut of my life yet which is still not completed.
If I could motivate even a single person by this video, I'd be delighted by my effort. I went from 110kgs fat to 80 kgs muscular without having any loose skin in this matter of time. I CALL THIS JOURNEY OF MINE AS "WINGS ON FIRE".
