Worked great on Windows 11. I will say the first cmd did nothing and just hanged forever, even though I have Windows installed on an M.2. But I did the Windows Troubleshoot and the second cmd, done a restart and now fixed, many thanks!

Win 11 Home doesn't recognize "... /cleanup-image" in DISM.exe have the commands changed? I looked at the entire DISM directory by using the " DISM.EXE /? " command and "cleanup-image" doesn't exist... but i ran Cmd prompt from the blue recovery screen not run as admin on desktop (because it wouldnt load up)

I did that (I also didn't have the graphical issue or any other issue so I knew I didn't need that code to finish) and after running the second code it said everything was verified and no corruption.

Dont directly shut it down it should say tjat its almost done and show some percentage and numbers. Just wait for it to do its thing. Forcefully shutting down your pc while its repairing or updating can be very risky

Don't forcefully shut down your pc or laptop it will take maximum of 6 hrs,for me it had taken 3 hours after it opened normally. Don't do anything that you regret, Have patience, try to wait for 6 hours it will work believe me.
