I had to answer mostly technical questions related to the job functions I’d be performing. But Q1. ‘What attracted you to this job’ did come up as well as questions about holding others on your team accountable. I transfer to my new job in a couple weeks :)

The follow up question on the first answer will be to explain what significant and positive difference will you make in the new role? One answer gives rise to multiple question so you need to articulate and explain carefully.
