Great video! I was wondering what all those numbers were. I wound up getting a 3.1 soundbar. It's perfect for my needs. I have a small, 24 inch TV. I rarely watch movies, and I mostly watch documentary and reality TV shows. So, I wasn't looking to get a home theater experience, I just wanted clear dialogue. I was tempted to get a 5.1, but after watching your video, I'm glad I didn't overspend and get the 5.1 system I was considering. It would offer no benefit for me. For anyone who has a small TV and is not trying to create a home theater, I would highly recommend getting a 3.1.

Thanks for the knowledge, I was going to buy a 5.1, but now I know that I don't need it. All I want is a punchy bass. I need the best woofer.

if it's just that punchy bass you're after, focusing on a good subwoofer might be all you need. Happy hunting for that perfect woofer!

Hey can you tell me that sony ht-g700 is better than ht-s500rf and ht-s700rf.

Hey! So, when you're looking at the Sony HT-G700 versus the HT-S500RF and HT-S700RF, there's a few things to consider. Firstly, the HT-G700 is known for its superior sound clarity, and it's got features like Dolby Atmos and DTS:X support, which is really great for an immersive movie experience. It's more about quality than quantity of speakers.
On the other hand, the HT-S500RF and HT-S700RF, they focus more on providing a fuller surround sound experience. They come with more speakers, including rear speakers, which really helps in filling up your room with sound. This can be pretty awesome if you're into music or want a more 'surround' feel in your room.
Also, think about the space you've got. The G700 is more compact, so if you're tight on space, it might be the better choice. But if you've got a larger room and want to spread out the sound, then the S500RF or S700RF could be better.
In the end, it really depends on what you're looking for. If you're a movie buff and want that cinematic sound, go for the G700. But if you're more about music or want that all-around sound, the S500RF or S700RF might be better. Hope this helps ya out! 😊👍

@@hifiaudios8101 thank you very much.I will actually use it for a PC. PC will not need surround sound. So ht-g700 it is. Also I do gaming. Sound strange but still gonna Use it for PC.

My room size is 200 sq feet. But it has open walls which has kitchen ahead.
So which sound bar I should buy
And Dolby Atmos or Dolby digital
Like 5.1.3 dolby atomis or 5.2 dolby digital or 2.1 or 5.2.4 dolby Atmos

For a room like yours with an open layout, a 5.1 system could be a sweet spot-it fills the space without being overkill. As for Dolby Atmos vs. Dolby Digital, if you love that cinema vibe with sounds coming from all around, even above, go for Dolby Atmos. It’s awesome for movies! But if it’s mostly for TV shows or background music, Dolby Digital in a 5.1 setup should totally do the job
