- This mango and banana and cherry smoothie is made from real fruit, natural flavors and with no sugar added. This is prepared by mixing choice the fruits with milk and yogurt. Smoothie is made by using magic bullet.
Correct me if I'm wrong.. but I'm pretty sure cherry seeds contain cyanide which is poisonous so I would suggest pitting the cherries before you blend them maybe. Even though you're straining them, micro pieces of the pits will be in with the liquid that you're going to use. Again, not totally sure.

Yes, please use some random wire strainer that doesn't strain out the chunks of cherry seed. Don't use the sifter lid that came with the product.

That’s not low fat milk (skim/1%) it is almond milk. I’m some places it is important to differentiate.
Not so much a smoothie but a milkshake.
