Looks good. Where did they put a sink for hand washing or brushing teeth since they removed the sink / vanity set up and put washer hook up there instead? Didn't see it
For sure this house is full of mold. It looks like the walls were left paper thin with basically no insulation and the windows and glass doors also look like they haven't been updated to properly insulated ones so this place is going to be FREEZING in winter and extremely hot in the summer. Looks like all they did was thrown in a bunch of mismatching and cheap quality materials and called it a day...
@karensurgery3845 The exterior mildew just needs a scrub. One of the joys of home ownership in Japan. My own house gets it so a few times a year I go out with a power washer (set to low) and a long handle brush and clean my walls. He's only renovating to rent. I'd be more critical if the renovations were for the owner to move in.
Japan has millions of empty homes. Will you own one in 2025?

My grandparents once lived in Nagano city. I wonder if you have any listings in Nagano. I love the Japanese Alpes.
Congratulations Shu! Did you already rent it?

Is the electrical wiring sound? The socket covers looked original.
hi how much is the rent for this property?
Reno looks good. They might want to give the exterior a bit of a scrub before listing it for rent. The wall has mildew on it.
