I was watching another channel I follow on bead rolling , in order to keep the panels from warping you should run them through the English Wheel only on the areas where you will bead roll. Bead rolling shrinks the metal cause it to warp also know ass ( oil canning ). The English wheel stretches the metal. You don’t need to add too much pressure on the wheel but stretch it ever so slightly. Hope this helps and I myself am not a sheet metal guy at all.
Looking good. For the floor support by the cross member. I can see it filling up with dirt and water when the car is driving . Will need to close the holes in the middle.
@ ok thought you would cap them. I’m about to do all the injectors, plugs, oxy sensors, and map sensor. On my 2010 ram that I use for my roadside business. it crapped out right before the cold weather. Took a week to get the fuel injectors. Hope to be done by the end of the weekend. Also need to go over some of the wiring for my emergency lights and winch. Battery crapped out after sitting for two days in -30.
I use my right foot for the accelerator, and my left foot for the brake in an auto. I raced sprint karts, but, was doing it long before that. I just like to cover the brake. A lot of people comment on it and tell me I'm doing it wrong, but, I think I'm one of the few doing it right lol. I like the early access, and as a member I really appreciate it. Thank you. Harper's writing is very good for her age.
Yea I know a lot of old school guys that were us to stick left foot brake. Yea we think her being hands on in the garage from the time she was a baby has made it easier for her to learn with her hands such as with her writing. Definitely ha good hand writing for a 4 year old.
Only wear racing shoes when you drive it and maybe add a hand lever setup too if the pedal area gets tight. You just can’t sell it to a person with big feet later.
Yea just lazy bc I don’t wanna try anything new lol I hate that more than anything. Everything gets covered in seam sealer and lizard skin though so you won’t see anything in the end
As always it is a pleasure 🙏🏾💪🏾🇺🇲✌🏾✔️👍🏾
Thanks

Thanks. And yes this is correct this was the same advice Mike gave if you’re worried about Oil Canning.
Gonna be sick, coming along quickly. Thanks for the video my friend
Thanks Mr Tim

Remember all the floor supports get cut in half at a later date for the drive shaft tunnel and then everything gets capped

I also drive with two feet also . I feel I react faster to driving situations .Be it my fast cars to my every day drivers .
Right hand drive for steering column, like they did with the tri five chevys for the across the pond version of the American iron.
I’ll have to look that up
progress is good Coming right along!
We getting there buddy

lol thanks. It’ll be fine though in the end. Seems like we have plenty of room
Move motor back so starter will clear drop motor down thank you for video happy new year
Thanks buddy. Motor would have to go back 10” to come down. Anything moving it back will hurt our front seat clearance to transmission tunnel
Yes I was thinking a Removable Dog House Like in a Van would Be Ideal for access Looking Good More Progress
Thanks man!
Courtney I gotta automatic slip roll with foot pedal and jog button. But it's pretty big takes up room
Yea sucks that I don’t have more space
@ThePaintPaperHustle if you need to use it come get it. Under shed out back
@frankietyndall9595 thanks buddy
I'm seeing bead rolls in those panels
Yes sir ❤️
Rather than hammering up the lip on the floor pan just use a tipping die in your bead roller. Its much faster and looks a ton better.
