Rule 1: don't cut/trim the neckline. Trimming the Neckline is the reason why a beardedman have transparency from the bottom of the long beard hair chin.
Rule 2: Trim slightly (very slightly less than an inch or an inch) those transparencies of the bottom of the chin every 3 months until you don't have them. (Dan C Bearded transparency method technique). Actually your jaw beard hair and chin beard hair grow faster than your neckline/Adam apple beard hair which is why having transparency in the bottom of the chin.
    Rule 3: Let it grow.
Rule 4: Don't put too much products in your beards.
Rule 5: Drink at least 2L or max 3L of water per day.
Rule 6: Do exercice, like walking 20/30 minutes per day
Rule 7: Don't use the warm of your dryer but only use the cold option.
Rule 8: Use some coconut oil/butter virgin pure in your beard, face, hair, skin. Don't use chemicals products such Loreal, Nivea, And so on.
    Rule 9: go to bed between 22:20 p.m. and 23:20 p.m.
Rule 10: don't be too stressed
Rule 11: don't be influenced by negative opinions, it's your face, your beard, not the beard of science nor articles and nor people. It's Yours.
Rule 12: wash your beard every 2 days with good quality products such beard octane or other products like in this video. And the other day just wash with water your beard, not too warm.

Honestly dear Theo i don't advise people to use minoxidil. But there is a study that showed that jojoba oil (30 ml) mixed with 18 drops of peppermint essential oil , then you put 8 drops into your jaw and neck. can really stimulate hair growth .
Amla oil is awesome too, for really stimulate growth, and also it is efficient to prevent hair from becoming grey.
But personally these days I use hemp seed oil a lot. And amla oil a lot.

I restarted my growth journey again December 2022, and this time, I wont stop. I use the mico needle once a week, clean my skin twice a day before applying the minoxidil twice a day.

When I was younger. I used to cut my non existing beard in a way that I wanted it to look when it grew in. And slowly. But surely it started growing in the areas that I didn't cut. And now those areas I didn't cut are full but the rest of my face will not grow hair. So now i'm on a journey of not cutting my hair at all and it's rough. But it's something that I'm used to considering that. I grew to hair on my head all the way down to my belly button. And that was a rough journey as well. We'll see how this goes

Every beard is different but it sounds like you have a solid routine going. Depending on your lifestyle especially if you sweat a lot, washing your beard every day may be necessary. I wash my beard 1-2x a week. Just make sure you’re doing things internally to help your beard as well such as getting adequate water intake, working out, and having a balanced nutrition.
