Found some people criticizing beef. No worries they are insecure and religiously blind. I too a faithful Hindu from Kerala. Me or my family usually don't eat Beef. But I never felt anything wrong if somebody's food choice is it. Ignore them and keep your good work brother. Lot of love from India
The logic behind eating food with your hand is.....sense of your tastebuds r connected with the fingertips so that you can eat food with eagerness and satisfaction....
In India every 100 km language gets changed and food as well .So visiting any one indian city doesn't give the whole exposure. I still see in Madhya Pradesh there is lots of unique dishes that has hardly covered by anyone as noone visted here . India has a lot of flavour in the same kind of dishes. Still I can see David had lots of knowledge of Indian food that even I am missing. But still I see there is lot of things still there in India to explore .

The tomato paste with Biryaani is called Saalan, a mushy onion tomato fried paste with fried aubergines mashed. Although tomatoes are more.
