A friend asked me why I decided to start cooking Indian food and all I could offer is “ I had a craving for Goat Vindaloo”. 😁 Of course, I cook so much more than that!😉 Can’t wait until you open your restaurant! David I am Indian born and lived in Nairobi, Kenya and also lived in Tanzania were my dad was from. Now we live in Houston, but you should make a trip there and see the food there including the Indian food as the flavor is a mixture of Arab and Indian food with a Swahili flavor. If you want to know let me know..one last question how come you never introduce your family? Loved your dad and see where you get your energy from!

If you are really thinking about opening an Indian restaurant. I would recommend having food that are a bit less oily because some Indian dishes can be quite oily and foreigners don't really prefer that.
