Ma'am, really super receipe. I haven't seen so far any where. Preparation method awesome and so the taste will be. One vegetable we don't ever get bored,so many receipes prepared, still bendi is all time favorite. Now another totally new one. A must try by me.

I used 240ml cup to measure coconut milk if you get only shredded coconut, you can add 2tbsp of luke warm water to this and grind.. then squeeze out the thick milk.. it is called 1st extract coconut milk again pour the required qty of water to the coconut grind again and squeeze out the thin and watery milk,, it is the 2nd extract.. some time we make 3rd extract also for making Payasam.. for this mappas recipe till 2nd extract is enough.. hope you understand..thank you😊

Is it necessary to fry okra first?. Cannot we directly add the raw okra peices to the curry and let it cook in curry?
