But we have no way of knowing where the heart is, you see every human is different. You didn't include when Jack says something like he's fine doctor and pretty good dentist too.

hearing Chris Parnell in anything instantly makes it better, I need to see more of him being chaotic like this feel like more people know him for Jerry or Cyrill
In case anyone doesn't know this is a reference to the news reporter who said the same thing live on camera. Apparently she had a complex migraine and was not having a stroke.
i asked my hematologist if before they had blood testing machines did they feel, smell, taste it? he said that wouldn't be safe. :-) i also asked if all the data is via reports is it an ideal specialty for someone afraid of blood and he said he also does biopsies and had to do an internship so there's no way to completely avoid it. it seems like real doctors always give a straight answers...which is probably a good way to go in a medical environment. i'd hate to die because of a poorly executed sarcastic comment :-)
My fav moment was when he was giving flu shots to Jack and the executives. He says “Jack, I’m gonna needs you to drop your pants.” *pants drop, proceeds to give shot in arm.* 😂😂😂😂😂
My favorite part of that joke is that there's no follow up. Usually with Dr. Spaceman there's a punchline where he clarifies what he really meant or something. Here...Liz dances, it's awkward, and that's exactly what he wanted, end of story :D
You left out "Is it 411 or 911, I always forget...... Uh, yes city: New York. Listing? Diabetes repair I guess." That's when Spaceman became my favorite recurring character.
The blood tastes like root beer might be the funniest line in this whole show for me. The ludicrous imagery in my head to get to that conclusion is beyond words
So many hilarious lines/moments from this show and Dr Spaceman's mispronunciation of "diabetes" still makes me laugh the hardest. Chris Parnell is such a treasure.
You cut out so many good lines. After giving Geiss the shot: "That was just a placebo. He may not be faking". "How important is tooth retention to you?" "Take 25 of these a day, for the rest of your life." "I was looking forward to putting your father's kidney in you." "Other way around Leo." "That's not what these forms say."
Came for the Hornberger burtation, stayed for the everything else. But I would like for them to have included the few seconds before it, where Leo examines Pete with his light and says, "Ohhhh-kay...and my penlight IS working."
The "Hard K" joke is an homage to The Sunshine Boys and Matthau's character. He always told his nephew (played by Richard Benjamin) that "words with a K in them are funny". Brilliant!
Without hyperbole the funniest character ever put in a TV show. Every single line of his is funny, I can't think of any other show with those kinds of averages.
@@pauldzim Well, sometimes a character that wacky can lead a show. It would usually be about how everyone else reacts to him. Dr. Spaceman is like a force of nature everyone else has to deal with.
Between Dr Spaceman in 30 Rock, Dr Wordsmith (the literal doctor in Arrested Development) and Krieger in Archer, we are spoilt for choice when it comes to TV's mad 'doctors'.
In one, He makes Jack cough like a exam when they hold your testicles for Hernia check, then when Jack is done, Dr. Spaceman says "Ok now, we can start the Physical".
Great stuff! I am however a little disappointed that you didn't put in the second half of the "opposite" joke, where Spaceman completely forgets that the forms are opposite.
The stroked out reporter bit at 5:06, I spotted a lady with cue-cards in the background that had good angle. I wonder if they used her for that scene and for shots that showed, she just did some "generic movement" to blend into the background. Not to say the actor couldn't actually pull off the memorization, but if I'm right, they were pretty clever.

What's your favourite moment from Dr. Spaceman on 30 Rock? 😊
Yes.
All of them.
But we have no way of knowing where the heart is, you see every human is different. You didn't include when Jack says something like he's fine doctor and pretty good dentist too.
Him looking an a X-Ray while smoking a cigarette. He sighs and says "Dammit! Where are my car keys?"
Literally every scene he's in
How could they not include the clip of "Liz, I believe doctor-patient confidentiality is a two-way street. I'm cheating on my wife." ?!?
Or "Is it 911 or 411?" "Diabetes repair I guess?"
i LOVE that one
Man that's like a classic Leslie Nielsen line
Or “That’s not what this form says”
Lies again? NASA Inspector General
I love Pete's reaction when Spaceman says "Unfortunately there's no field of medicin that deals with the brain."
That is my favourite line 🤣
Best line
...but here's a pamphlet for a cult.
Let's face it, medicine is not a science.
my favorite is:
dr. spaceman- "we are currently working on a pill that will keep people awake under any circumstances."
jenna- "where do i sign up?"
dr. spaceman- "oh please, we don't want a paper trail!"
then they both laugh and he hands her a bottle of pills, saying "take 25 of these a day for the rest of your life."
@sushi4life yeah the WNBA line was gold.
also from the same episode (I think), while referring Jenna to the wonders of meth: "How important is teeth retention to you?"

Chris Parnell. A comedian that can put a spin on any boring line.
