கதையின் தொடக்கத்தில் மருதநாயகம் எந்த பிரிவினை சேர்ந்தவர் என்பதை கூறியிருந்தீர்கள். அதை தவிர்த்திருக்கலாம். ஒவ்வொரு தலைவர்களும் எந்த மதம் ஜாதி என பார்க்காமல் பொதுவாகவே போராடினார்கள். ஆனால் இன்றைய சில அரசியல்வாதிகள் தங்கள் சுயநலத்திற்காக, தலைவர்கள் பிறந்த மதம், பிரிவை தெரிந்துகொண்டு, அதை முன்னிறுத்தி பெரிது படுத்தி அரசியல் செய்துவருகின்றனர். இன்றைய இளைஞர்களுக்கும் புத்தி இன்றி அதையே தொடர்ந்து வருகின்றனர். இவ்வாறு சில மூடர்கள் இருக்கின்றன இந்த காலத்தில் எந்த புராண வரலாறு கூறும் போதும் அவர்கள் பற்றிய பிரிவை குறிப்பிடாமல் இருப்பது நல்லது .

மருதநாயகம் ஒரு சுதந்திர போராட்ட தியாகியோ நபரோ அல்ல. அவர் ஒரு இடத்தில் வேலை பார்த்தார், அந்த நிறுவனத்தோடு சமரசம் இல்லாமல் போனதால், இருவருக்குள்ளும் நடந்த சண்டைதான் அவர் வரலாறு. அந்நியர்களோடு போரிட்டதால் மட்டுமே அவர் சுதந்திர போராளி ஆகிவிட முடியாது. அவர் எந்த இடத்திலும் மக்களுக்காகவும், இந்த மண்ணுக்காகவும் போராடவில்லை. இவர் வரலாறு ஒரு தனி நபர் போராட்டம் மட்டுமே.

Yusif khan aka Marudhanayagam was not a freedom fighter, he was a pure selfish guy. Due to his ego clash he fought against brishers. He was the one behind the defeat of our PULIDEVAN & DHEERAN CINNAMALAI. One who is called brave not because of his talented skills, but his bravery and patriotism. He was a skilled warrior no doubt about it but not a freedom fighter. He was helping britishers most of his life and against our land of freedom fighters. I hate this guy. Purely opportunistic. He was a traitor for us. Loyalist for britishers.
Ammuni, one small change, he is not saiva Vellala, he is from Paraiyar Community. Paraiyars only used the sur name Pillai, and after left from valangai group, the vellalas didn't use Pillai name until independence. They told they are higher than brahmins, they wrote so many historical stories to proove that, that time (1700 to 1900) they didn't use pillai surname and paraiyars used that name, example madurai pillai,etc.,You read books written before independence. Nowadays so many books are published and proofs are submitted. So don't get your things not only from the past, try to know its current situation
