This made me cry for some reason... I think I may have been harbouring a lot of stress lately and this couldn't have come at a better time with all the changes that have been going on in my life. I've felt the weight of the world on my shoulders for quite some time. It can't rain forever though, right? Thank you for being the peek of sunshine on my rainy day. I really needed this. This is my favorite video ever. I relate to every single thing you said. I love writing when I am anxious or depressed. It helps a lot.. There is so much to write at that moment when your mind is all over the place. Dancing and music helps too. I also recently started meditation and the first 2 weeks my mind strayed so easily but as you do it every day you learn to control your thoughts and just focus on the moment. It has been life changing
Can you do another "Beauty Secrets" video like you did a few years ago ? I really enjoyed it ! And also i feel like today it's hard to find people with elegant and timeless style like yours and I could really need some advice .... Sending love from Germany
I loved this video! I agree with so many of the things that you spoke of. Particularly the social items. I love the physicality of yoga. I just am careful to maintain the spiritual ideals that align with my beliefs as a Christian. I know often Christians are conflicted by doing yoga because of it's origins. However, I believe that it is possible to perform this wonderful physical activity while focusing on the things of Christ. I love it! Being in nature is a great tip too. I have been ill for some time now and I notice that I feel even worse when there are days that go by without going outside. That was a great reminder for me, so thank you 💙
I find it’s also really useful to plan the meals you’ll eat in the week and that way you can be a little more conscious in making sure you’re having a balanced diet ❤️

The other stuff you talked about might seem a bit too simplistic and obvious, but truth is, we often forget to do that it's the little, simple things that make life great. So thank you for the reminder. Plus, you look and feel so zen, yo! ❤️💙💚💛💜
What a wonderful video 💜 I've tried a few times but I would like to work on meditating.
