    I’ve been a fan since I read vishen book while living at a homeless shelter.     Thanks for the wonderful session.
    I find the background music loud and making it hard for me to follow the instructions. Do the others too feel the same? Is there a way to adjust the volume of the background music?

      Yeah im hard of hearing so i didn’t get most of the words i just focused on the music. I don’t know if it’s ss effective that way though

    Thx for the video. A little suggestion: turn the background music down cause sometimes it's hard to hear the voice-over ;)

    I am. Always tensed in ftont ofothers. I keep myself engaged by involving in lots of sctivities like dancing, listens to mudic, cooks food, cycles, watches movies, short films, short stories, goes for shopping etc

    This definitely did relax me by the end as I was very anxious at the beginning. Even my anxiety Rx wasn't helping. Question though... did I miss the part about going back to all the drawers? It went so fast I really didn't see much inside of them,... clearly anwyays. And my curiousity is wondering what was in all of them. Their various sizes, objects, I couldn't see them clearly, but was that important?

      I believe it’s meant to distract your mind from our thoughts so if you see something or not it doesn’t matter. It’s the visual that help us stay on track. I’ve meditated with different methods and this really calms me. So I keep using it. Shoot next time picture some money in the drawers lol

    I didn't realize how fast time had passed by. I was utterly relaxed, so under comfortable tension that my body became hyper-sensitive while my eye itched and I accidentally rubbed.

    This would be a great meditation to do regularly if the voice was just a little louder. With the music at the level it is, I had to strain to hear the voice - defeating the purpose of the relaxed state.

    This was an aimless meditation. He spoke way too fast and didn't leave time to indulge in the creativity. I guess I was expecting the SILVA METHOD.

    This would’ve been a much better video if the music was turned down a bit so I wouldn’t have to struggle to hear the words over the music. Just a suggestion.

    I am reading a book silva mind control. My question is what if someone not able to get out of alpha level what is the solution plz answer as I want to try this technique but but afraid to initiate.

    Does anyone know if this man’s voice appears as the guide in any other meditations? I love his voice and I love this meditation (despite its evident flaws). It’s helped me find creative solutions in my daily life with conflict and financial or work challenges. In other words, the creativity applies in my living not just in my creative projects like writing, editing and music Thank you 🌸🙏🌟

      You are not the only one. Half way through I had to stop it. The music is too loud and the voice too fast. Very annoying

    I am sure what he's saying is meaningful but the music was loud, and he speaks fast that I can't focus because I had to give serious thought to understand what he's saying that is overpowered by the music background.

    The “background “ sounds are in competition with the narrator…I think it could be dimmed or even eliminated,to have a more comfortable experience.

    Everything is perfect about this except I get super distracted because my wooden boat is a row boat that I ROW not paddle. Maybe next time I’ll remember to be in a wooden canoe with a paddle not an oar.

    I appreciate the efforts and support the community but Why the instructor is going so fast with the instructions- he didn’t even let a time to even imagine the boat or anything ! Is that a race for who gets the imaginary first !

    I like the soothing voice. However, the background music is so distracting that hurt my ears and made me very sick. I am sorry to tell you that it would have been better to have it without any music. It ruins the entire process of meditation. There is no meditation but pain. I had to stop it after less than 4 mins. This is a constructive feedback. You can improve your meditations and help us better.

      That’s weird I listen to this everyday 2 times a day one time it was to loud and it hurt. Maybe it’s what your eating

      Turn it down or mix your audio differently on your devices settings. I've had no issues with it

      Music is bringing you to alpha stage, some one who not get use to in alpha stage Will receive the mental block such as bore or anggry . Try to listen more and you Will get use to it

    Please correct script to avoid jarring a person out of journey to trusting guide. For me it occurred with 'paddle the boat'. It is repeated at least 2x. I have not researched this (perhaps miniscule) issue but one paddles a canoe or kayak while one rows a boat (merrily , merrily...).
