    This meditation has completely changed my life. I went from being a hot headed person, reacting to everything & anything, to a calm and centred being. I cannot thank Vishen enough for changing my life for the better. If you're reading this and are in a bad head space & things are just always getting in the way and bothering you, this meditation will impact your life more than someone who is naturally calm.     This technique has changed my life FOREVER‼️ I been using the 3,2,1 & countdown method for 2 years for sleeping problems! Now I can use this method & put myself to sleep within seconds it’s amazing 🙌

      @@lindyn4 I think you might go all through the meditation and in the end when you are very relaxed skip the counting to awake and go thrugh more suggestions for relaxing or count from 100 to 1.

    I have a suggestion for anyone saying that they can't understand what he's saying or that he speaking to fast and that is not relaxing. Setting the play speed to .75 fixes all of the issues i am seeing in the comments, making the words far more clear and giving the meditation a much calmer and relaxing vibe.

    I liked this meditation a lot, I used it before getting up to write and it most definitely put me in a more centered alert place. His voice was hard to understand a lot of times tho. A re-recording would be Awesome! 😬

    Was sitting up instead of laying down, so I wouldn’t fall asleep. I slumped over so far that I fell asleep sitting up at the end😂 amazing meditation!!

    When when the instructor going to count to 1 to 5 i was startled awake by my sister , i felt all my sensation flowing away.

    I love this meditation just after 30 days of bob proctor but how can i manifest from this state, never been more relaxed heart rate dropped to 30bpm

    I had to come here even though I have my mindvalley membership subscription, but my videos keep pausing, and I have to restart all over.
    I am doubting if I should renew next year cycle, at least here in youtube, the meditations don't stop in the deepest relaxation part

    The words sound a bit muffled and some unclear at first listening. I think it's best to repeat listening and listen closely.

      That is the purpose of meditation. Is to repeat the process and not necessarily focus on what's being said, it's to put you in a relaxed state.

    What is the constant tapping sound? Is there a problem with his mike or is this part of the alpha state meditation? I can’t get past it.

      Ok I think the tapping is part of the meditation. I’m neurodivergent and it was really distracting me at first 😂

      The tapping holds your mind at the alpha level so your can stay at that level even if you doze off, to get the full benefit each time you listen.

    This isn't working after you listen to Laura. It is too fast. Gives me the feeling he wants to finish it early so he can go home.

    It's very hard. My body starts aching face starts itching and lips start to dry. It surely is very hard. I hope i can be consistent enough to excel this.

      It's absolutely ok if your mind races, that you don't find what you want at first. "Nueroplasticity," retraining the brain, is an exercise. It's also ok if this particular track doesn't fit for you at first. Find another meditation that does. I would start with Mindvalley 15 min relaxation with Emily.

      When im busy with level 3 relaxation i tend to sometimes get itchy on my cheek, I try to keep my focus on relaxing a different bodypart, but if it persists i use one hand for a quick scratch and get back into position repeating the number 3 to get my mind back into the correct state as if it never happened

      I also felt back pain at first. You could try putting a pillow below your buttocks, so your back will be in a correct angle. This helped me, hope it helps you too!

    Thank you for this meditation. I have to make some comments to the quality of the sound. The S sounds in this video are too loud and bumping constantly into my eardrums. I would like to suggest if you it was a different sound system where there is The " S" sound not so prominent and so loud. It interrupts the relaxation. And in general I would suggest to have a better sound system that is not bothersome for the people who listen to your meditation. Otherwise appreciate your meditation. Thank you.

    How to meditate when there is so much talking? Incessant talking, listening to the instructions, trying to understand them means your mind is very active. How to meditate? Quite a bad "meditation".

    His voice is nice, but how to he talk is great business man/ great salesman, Not a great counselor or meditation guide. Makes me rush, wasn’t relaxed at all. Original silver method tape, lady speaks much calmer.
