For some reason i don't like how screen is blocking air vents, looks oversized, would be nice something that fits and keep the original desing.

Can we get a video on how you hooked up the 4 channel line converter? I have an sec and someone put in this head unit before me. However, they absolutely butchered the job. Speakers are way too loud. So I already have the metra bit, I just need to figure out the 4-channel thing. Please and thanks
Also, what about the tweeter speakers? Do those work with this radio? I’m really tempted to just go back to a factory radio. Unfortunately, I’ve realized mine is the cheapo version of this. My backing looks different. I think I’m at a loss. Idk yet

Do you know if a backup camera can be shared (via splitter) to a rear view mirror camera system with a stereo upgrade system that features a back up system as well? Love my Wolfbox system, but is doesn’t have everything else a stereo upgrade features.

I have a blue and white wire and a solid blue wire. I connected the solid blue to solid blue but theres no audio output. Should i splice the solid blue and the blue/white wire together?

I have a 2004 element ex with a factory amp, I used a regular harness with a aftermarket radio and could hear a light static that doesn't change no matter what I do, is it normal? Or would I have to bypass the amp, thanks 👍

I should a harness in one my videos
I am having so much trouble removing the center trim. Mine is an 09 and seems like the wire harness for the passenger airbag is far shorter than anyone else’s. Cannot pull the trim out far enough to unclip even after removing the hazard and climate harnesses. Thoughts?
Pick tool did the trick! Specifically a right-angled one.

Too bad the end result bothers me.
The unit appears to be covering the lower part of your vents.
If any overhang is necessary it should be over the upper part of the air control panel.

This was an interesting project, the fabrication of the bracket actually turned out great, I will be doing a video on the measurements and build of this if I get interest, the company is going to build a plug and play harness that will make installation much easier, as far as how long did this project take, weeks, however I was working with out direction, once they build the connector it should take less than an hour, as far as price under $500. So far I love it
i seen that there is a 360 camera support. Do you know about this? Where do we ordered it, how does it hookup, and is it worth it

Yes, the unit is working great and I’m happy with it, I never had a use for Xmas radio, there’s many other options

@@dannysdiygarage thank you, one last question. If I’m going to run aftermarket amplifier then all I need to do is run the rca that comes with the radio straight to the aftermarket amplifiers right ?

Correct it works with both, I’ve only used this with the iPhone, I’ll do a complete review as soon as I learn everything and how it works

You’re blocking your vents. Good job
Actually the vents are only blocked about 5% if at all, there is no noticeable cooling change and the benefit of having this unit over the factory unit is tremendous.

I was excited about the obd2 adapter, however I was never able to get this to work, I was not able to pair this with the unit, I’ll do a review on this unit soon.
ELM327 was the adapter, I’ll reach out to the company and see if they can help me, however I just ran out of time.
Hi Danny, I ended up buying the same unit and I am very happy with the purchase. I have a question: Where did u mount the GPS antenna and microphone?
I mounted the antenna on the right side dash and the microphone on the steering column, I had it on the pillar, but moved it on the steering column and it worked better,
