I have done trampoline for the last 5 years and can barely do any of those routines. Don’t take the sport lightly if you have a go it is much harder than it looks.
Watching these people bounce and go so high with such fluidity and grace is so mesmerizing. The way they flip and fly is so pretty. What an interesting sport!
I am a power tumbler as well. I do well, Power Tumbling, Trampoline, and double mini. It seems like our sport does get as enough credit as it deserves. A lot of people love the sport but, a lot of people just don't know about it 😢😭
This is one of those events that people see and go "that's so easy is that seriously a sport?" and you're just like "give it a try and see if you still think that" lol

I do trampolining and its harder than it looks.. And i nearly broke my leg before because i fell of the trampoline in the middle of my routine on a competition
The best I can do is a front somersault, handsprings, backdrops and the like ( self taught and landed on my neck a lot, I'll pay for that later in life). These people are amazing.
The Ukrainian girl just didn't believe she could win or do better in the second round, she was kinda devastetad or more down because of the first score. This really made me sad, she could and almost did better. At the begging she was so damn good! Because of that jumps I believed she could win or get some other remarkable place from 1st to 6th.
why would people say this isn't a aport? I do artistic gymnastics and i would love to do trampoline :D i adore how weightless it looks. i mean okay: maybe you don't need quite as much muscle as we do, but instead a lot more concentration and controll. I used to do it when I was in middle school at the lower level and even the baby skills are extremely scary as these trampolines are very powerful and it is easy to lose control. Also it may not not like it but the trampolines are already 4 feet off the ground and you have to try to jump as high as you can. Also I can attest to that landing on you stomach can hurt if you to not do it right.
Chloe Leonard these women have trained much longer so they go higher than you, but good luck , I had to quit bc of my coach but I wish you all the best
He said one woman was the oldest competing in any gymnastics discipline, but he's actually wrong. Oksana Chusovitina of WAG was 41 at the time, but the woman he was talking about was 39. Just wanted to put that out there. :)
When they whistle at the top of there jump it's a spotting technique. In ballet ballerinas look at one spot when they turn to keep themselves in the right spot (and not get dizzy) the whistle here is basically the same thing.

Same I’ve been competing T&T for 8 years my favourite event is double mini
IK!!! IT TAKES SO MUCH WORK! I BROKE MY ANKLE LANDING WRONG FROM A BRANI ON DOUBLE MINI
Emma Harry OMG thank you no one seems to understand how difficult it is and how IT IS A REAL SPORT not everything is running and football 🙄
it scares me every time they land on their stomachs omg
Willow Burger if u do it correctly it dosnt hurt cause I do trampoling
It looks hard but back 3/4 and back 1 and 3/4 are surprisingly easy

strait back
straddle
tuck back
tuck barani
pike back
half twist
tuck jump
pike front
tuck front
