Based on the reaction of the crowd...it seemed a great many fans didn't know what they were playing. Most of the crowd were first timers according to Miku's poll . After 2 years, I can say I've heard all of their 130 plus songs. Newer Maidiacs have some wonderful catching up to do...🤤❤️

The reason is obvious: - the musicianship is outstanding by all members, - Miku is not an apprentice anymore, she is fully trained and able, which makes it possible for Kanami to write some highly intricate and intense songs, - the songs vary a lot and touches many styles, often many styles within the same song, - the vocals by Saiki is top notch with the best harmonies ever by Miku, - great lyrics by Miku and Saiki, - Their stage precense is off the chart good, - Omajinai-time, the most important part of an Okyu-Ji, is unique to Band-Maid and sets them apart, - MC by the members is more funny than most standup comedy acts. You don't go to a Band-Maid concert, you are going to a Band-Maid Okyu-Ji where you are served Band-Maid. Which for me was an experience for life, and an experience I can't wait to repeat. BTW I will see them at Zepp Shinjuku in Tokyo on July 3rd, I'm so happy Po 🙂
