One thing I always appreciated about Animaniacs is that when they included "adult humour", that didn't just mean jokes that were a little dirty, jokes that you "shouldn't" be telling kids, but also obscure pop culture references from the Golden Age, jokes that absolutely would have been "for the kids" back in Bugs Bunny's time. When they make jokes "for the adults", it's not just about wink wink, it's about nostalgia.
Because of some additional dialogue during the first question, the entire thing is delayed with the audio. It makes it very difficult to watch. This Looks like a lot of fun but I couldn't finish it because the audio did not match up.
I remember when the X-Files were on. It came on Sunday Nights at 9pm where I lived and my Dad LOVED this show! NO ONE was allowed to speak or bother him during that hour except for commercial breaks.

6:40 I was 5 when the Powerpuff Girls premiered. Until just now, I didn't realize how young I actually was. 90s Nickelodeon and Cartoon Network are ingrained in my memory forever, and shows like PPG are the reasons why.
In the early 2000s, I worked on several show as a production assistant for WB Television. Our offices were located on the WB Ranch. We filmed on the ranch and the main lot as well. The opening of Friends was filmed on the ranch. I got to sit on the fountain several time. I aslo got to sit on the couch in Central Perk back when I was a studio page in the late 90s. The ranch dates back to the 30s. It was originally the Columbia Ranch. I made so many great memories and friends working for WB. It's heartbreaking too learn that the ranch is scheduled for demolition. 🥺
Ok I didn't ace it but to be fair to me, we didn't have full house in the UK, unless it was on cable before like 1993, cos that's when my house got cable 😂

As an old guy it's fun to remember the Simpsons started as shorts that played in and out of commercials on the Tracy Ulman show. Even funnier that while the Tracy Ulman show lated 4 seasons...the Simpsons are STILL going having done 34 already 😯
So this newest season they changed that Marge, Homer and all the oldies that originally grew up in the 70s were now seniors in High School in 1999. It’s funny because they used to be as old as my parents and now Marge and Homer are my age.

When I heard the notes for the one that turned out to be "Full House" my mind instantly went "Miami Vice" and then "Wait, that was the 80s". (I never watched Full House.)
I never liked friends or Seinfeld, you just sort of watched it because everyone else watched it and it was something you talked about in school. Banger soundtrack for friends though...always sang rhe harmony
My problem is so many shows started in 97/98 and I grew up with the show in the 2000’s. I didn’t realize I came in later to a lot of these shows or watched them on reruns. Though some I am not a fan of. I loved dexters lab and power puff girls growing up. I guess being born on the cusp of the millennium gets you a mixed bag of tv shows.
