Awesome unit! Is it 120 or 240 volts? If its 240 then if its a straight cool then its at least 18000 btus.

Thanks! It's 240, so i guess it's above an 18K. It does have heat

Is it ice cold? Cause as i know. Rechi precisions didn't cool that well. I had a daikin mini split unit in my future house. It has rechi precission and it does cool but it wasn't freezing enough

It was pretty cold. Rechi Precisions I think do cool well, my relatives' Daewoo air conditioners from the early 2000s with rechi rotaries blow ice cold air, so do their 2012 Frigidaire, and it has a rechi.
