I was thinking that.
The iv stats are insanity to try to get good on. Like for example i was going for iv test on Rooby, majority of them had 106 attack with no passive buffs, 20 eggs later i had one randomly pop out with 40+ hp and 116 attack, but his children refused to be above 106 attack again for 40+ eggs
I made a anubis with 95% of its potential tial hp IV and sitting at 733 base atk and 537 base defense. That's the max btw for these two. I got 4 of them. Breeding then together does not result in max IV offsprings either.... no idea how to keep IVs reliably up while then Breeding for passives.... it's painful.
@@sinny5404 IVs are decided by the parents, every stat will be randomly selected within the range between both parents individually. So mom has 15 atk iv, dad has 20 atk iv, child iv will be randomly between 15-20. However, if you get your egg from crossbreeding, the IVs are randomized.(you can use this to farm your first perfect IV instead of catching)
If you can make it so both parents have the IVs you need, all childs from those two will also have the right IVs. That's usually the goal you're aiming for first. If you got a musclehead male you want to use as a father, make a musclehead male with the perfect IV first before that. Once your parents have perfect IV and a passive you want in the final child, you don't need to worry about IVs anymore since you'll always get perfect IVs from those parents. You want to do IVs first because the odds of getting all 4 passives on the final breed is already abysmally low, you don't want to divide that by 15 or even 100 ontop of that. It's better to start with 1 passive + perfect IVs for each passives and then merge.
When trying to make a perfect IV copy of a parent. You'll want to replace the parent with the lower IV with a higher IV if you get one. Since the odds of getting 30 IV on a child are higher with a 30/25 pair rather than a 30/15 pair. (1/5 odds vs 1/15 odds). So if you started with a 30/15 pair, and you get a 22, swap that 15 with the 22, you'll raise the odds for that 30. You're always gonna get something inbetween each parents, so you'll get there eventually if you keep swapping.
TLDR; Just breed a copy of your 4 parents with perfect IVs (1 per passive you need) before "merging" them into 1 child.
The reason why you aren't seeing the 106+ atk anymore is because you replaced the original parent that had that. Probly when merging passives. Or the range between your parents is so high the odds of getting that upper end is actually very low.
There's also a small chance to get random IVs without crossbreeding, I believe when you take the egg of the incubator and you get that different, louder, more sparkly sound and effect that this what's happening. I'm not sure what the specifics are in these cases.
I bred perfect IVs since day 1, long before the excel sheet was made lol.

Lamball enjoyers rise up
For future reference! What you needed to do is get a lamball with no passive, they have a 1 in 5 chance to make a carbon copy of the other pals passive and a high chance of an offspring with just 1 of the 4 passive. That means you would have gotten one with just legends and later breed it with yours. Eventually you would get a male and a female with 2 stats each and breed them! Apparently that's the best way to get all 4 stats you want on an offspring in least amount of time possible!
This helps with me getting my broken Suzuki aqua, thank you
I love how this shows you don't need certain Pals to beat the game. You can go and breed the lowest teir pal to a gigachad.
Especially considering that lamball (a normal type) is going up against it's counter dark type, so the majority of the bosses attacks were dealing increased damage to it.
He literally needed a legendary to breed this pal so your point is moot

Don't need certain Pals but u do need a Legend Passive pal to make this happen, any other trait in that slot would not have been enough damage for the timer
@@sergioalonso9273I don't think so . If he had hooligan instead of legend he would only be off by 5% damage. Legend is 20% hooligan is 15%. Only difference is he'll have less defense cuz legend also gives defense.

Also you can also breed for pure stats, but its a lot more complicated than breeding for traits, but basically every pal has a secret hidden stat between 1 and 50 for dmg, for defense, hp, work speed, etc... and you can calculate these and then breed for it, if you do it you will be rewarded with a lamball probably twice as strong as your current one
not to mention if he condensed the cremis which would make their passive effect stronger thus making the lamball stronger.

I got so lucky with this boss. I was exploring on my suzaku and i didnt even know what was a legendary boss. I saw it and threw a legendary sphere with 4% back bonus and captured it. xD

Ohh buddy....you are lucky you posted this cause I was inspired from your vids from like 5 days ago, and started on my 4/4 stat including Legend. Really isn't hard to down breed it, but it's nice to see Lamball makes so many other things lol.
Of course it's not difficult - it just takes a ton of time. Usually anyhow. Of course you can get lucky and end up with it right off the bat; most often though you're in for a grind. Took me like 17 hours to Gigachad my Frostallion.
You could make the lambal even stronger by condensating all the cremis and breeding a lambal with the same perks but the max stats for another 50 hour grind.
Imagine engaging an enemy in PvP and they send out a Lamball. This Lamball....

I think the best thing about this is it demonstrates you can use any of the Pals for your team and don't have to have higher tiered Pals to complete the game and have fun. I'm tempted to see how pumped my cowardly lucky Cativa can get. But I don't think this will be the end for Gigachad Lamball because they will add new bosses for sure in upcoming DLC and it is at this time that Gigachad Lamball will once again rise up for the challenge.
You should make the strongest pal ever which means looking up the pal with the highest base atk stats and giving it the best traits to push the attack damage to the limit just imagine a pal with over 4k attack damage that would be insane

Impossible to get any of the legendary passive skills on Chikipi, since no combination of Pals result in a Chikipi egg. So anyone with a 'Legend' Chikipi is cheating ;)

@@dyonramselaar You could theoretically pull it off by exploiting the tower boss capture glitch if it's still a thing. Whenever you breed a tower boss, something about the internal coding of it and how breeding works essentially guarantees them to produce a chikipi. Though if you consider exploiting cheating, I guess that isn't much better. Still, it's a way to get a Legend chikipi within the bounds of the game
@@owenb-r5271 I guess that would be possible, personally I consider using bugs/exploits/glitches as cheating since it's obviously not intended that you can capture the bosses.
You know it can still get more powerful with ribbany's passiv skill
wanted to say here that elemental buffs work on pal gear attacks, i tested it the other day and grizzbolt's minigun gets buffed by the lord of lightning perk, im assuming this also works with jormantide's special perk on pengullet, could be a good buff to the penguin rpg build

the best way to get traits on pals you want them on is to get two pals that have the traits u want only two of them so if u want legend muscle head ferocious and nimble for instants. get a pal with nimble and muscle head. then get a pal with ferocious and legend breed them together babies will have a decent chance to have all four traits
I’m currently watching the video still but there is a breeding calculator that honestly is really well made even has a “path” system for example you could put that you want a lamball using X legendary, and if possible will give the shortest breeding path to your desired pal

Im a mossalina afficianado, im doing the same for them :) spent like 10 hours breeding for the same stats, but burly body replaced with legend since im not near level 50 yet, still havent gotten them, got 4 pages of cows so far
do a series of doing it with all the low level pals like 1-10 or something like that
So you can spam all your Pal attacks while riding, and they reset and the AI will do them all again, if you dismount. Then you just let them fight and use your E to pull them right before a big attack, then throw them right back out. Makes the fights a bit easier.
You should breed one with max IV stats as well as all passives
Now make the Tankiest Lamball and beat the boss with melee weapons. use Vanguard, Stronghold Strategist, Burly Body +1. hoping this gets under the 10 min timer for fights

Try making the pal with the highest damage have all the 4 damage traits
Great thing about Skill system was you don't need to discard other Skills to learn new one (like Pokemon). Just swap it.
