Lovelander can drop a memory wiping potion that allows you to reset your status points. So you can invest more points in work speed and then reset your status points when you want to do a boss. Someone else already beat two more bosses without any pals, using only humans in his base.
Bushi definitely drops ingots.

You might not be able to smelt ingots without a Pal, but you can farm the level 23 Bushi Alpha fight. It can drop ingots.
For the rest of the series you should take a page out of americas book. (humans aren’t pals) 😏
if you can cheese bushi near the volcano area, you can create a semi automatic ingot farm. do what you will with this info.

I defeated them with no weapons using a bunch of cattivas my first time because i didnt care about catching pals that are stronger, i just cared about hiding behind that pillar and letting their attacks hit while the enemy was stuck in his attack animation tryna get to me for 10 min

How about beat the first two tower bosses with only pals that means you can not attack at all but u can use the partner skill to help u like lifmunks machine gun.

If you somehow able to reach the dunes with no pals, you can buy a musket and use that to do some damage too, though, tbh, DoT is probably the only way to beat the others cause while yes you could just tech up and craft a rocket launcher to beat all hardest ones, it would take... forever, alone.
I not sure why, but from experience I had status effect usually work just fine if it would be high damage but seem to not trigger well under low damage hits. But its rng, who knows how it actually works.

@@CDiinky maybe do capture all type of humans. People generally do one two types and call it a day. There are a lots of types of humans with various attacks, could be fun to strategize slaves😄.
