I'm wondering, who do you consider the worst pal?
Watching lily and lyleens intro made me realize that they showed more personality in that 10-20 sec intro than any character in a pokemon mainline game

That character is so fun and memorable and I still watch that intro every time it plays, and it's so short too. Compare that to Pokemon's what's-her-name who I spent hours watching streamers talk to and all I can remember of her is "omg I wanna battle you can we do one battle real quick? And after that let's do another one and then another hehehe I just love pokemon battling soooo much omg"
I honestly don't hate her, she's probably one of the better characters in that game and is kinda quirky which is nice. I'm just saying that's about everything I can remember from watching all her dialogues.
Palworld characters, on the other hand, manage to interest you with just 10 seconds of screen time. Just the names Lily & Lyleen are already a fun combination and make you wonder what their connection is. Their character design radiates personality and you actually want to find out about the lore yourself instead of getting everything dumped on you through repeating and tiring dialogues. I mean look, you don't even need words when they are that expressive with just facial expressions alone.
And I mean to be fair, maybe one other memorable character in the last pokemon game was probably the office corporate slave guy, and he's pretty memeable but that's about it. And I almost forget but iono is actually pretty fun! The other characters including the mom, the teachers, the star team, or even the chad professor all feel kinda... Bland and generic and uh haven't we seen these exact archetypes in the previous pokemon games? I just couldn't stay interested enough to watch someone else finish the game, much less play it myself. I used to love pokemon but man, isn't it disappointing now.
The free pal alliance are so interesting due to lily and lyleen lily had ordered the free pal alliance members to obviously be nice to pals but as everyone im sure has seen they kill pals anyway this is due to them not making enough money with "conventional means" so they resort to things lily had deemed immoral but she has no idea this is going on behind her back and this makes the free pal alliance actually compelling to me
How can this pal be the worst when it increases attack of water pals, clearly useful for stacking damage
that scene at the end with your character looking over the horizon on top of a tower after winning a boss battle together with your pet companion was so cinematic man, like straight out of a fantasy i've always had for this kind of video game (the forbidden P kind of video game). then you start glitching into the ground was the perfect cherry on top. best game 69420 out of10 the most gamey game i've seen in the past decade. 👏👏

Loving these videos! Instant positive mood everytime I see one in my subscriptions.
You know you can set the incubation timer to instant, it still takes time to produce the eggs but you're not sitting around waiting to incubate and hatch them. It still took me 7 1/2 hours to breed a perfect stat Shadowbeak.
Did u catch ones with good stats or bred into them?
Most people actually like to play the game for what it is. Good things take time, and the feeling u achieve after a time consuming achievement far exceeds if u don’t.
Also “perfect stat” is optimized. In my eyes I like having only 50% flying speed as there’s no need for the extra 15%, that being taken out u have room for much beneficial trait like attack or defense.
People just need to gatekeep some info until actual release, cause if not this’ll get ruined before it even gets established
@xdShazak I'm not playing on PC so i dont know the IV's for it but it's final stat was 2100+ attack before adding the owls into the party to boost attack. I didn't want to sit around and endlessly hatch owls for 4 perfect ones and boosting all of them.
@imnotagamer22 Like I said, it still takes a lot of time because you have to wait on the eggs to be laid. He can play however he wants, was just trying to help. Waiting on the incubator doesn't add any game play it's a lot of standing around waiting for something to happen.

I mean to be brutally honest, a blazamut with similar set up can get up to 2.4k atk. Sooooooo…. Yeah that is why it is in the “F” tier as a fighter.

you should make a maxed out vanwyrm and a maxed out chillet
I have a close to maxed vanwyrm as my main going into this game blind when i first got it. has musclehead, vanguard, swift, ferocious. not going to lie here, one of the most overlooked pals in the game! Its on par with my shadowbek. so many people gloss over the edgy birb but this sucker packs a nasty punch.
Both are underappreciated. Chillet is a cornerstone to the player-attack build (like, actual endgame-tier, dragon typing on player attacks is actually huge). Vanwyrm is similar, and has odd hitboxes making it pretty defensive too especially when Alpha.
Both are very easy to max out too, in comparison to other pals. And even then they're still comparable.
Really the only thing that's lacking in regards to Chillet is that there's no dragon-boosting pals like Kelpsea from what I've known of, but its ok, because there's always Gobfin.

Once you have 5 maxed out goobers you should try to use all 5 to kill a legendary boss

I just started palworld today. I came across some Kelpsea. It's the most overpowered pet in the game.
He's made so many op weak pals that I feel like the next funniest thing is an op strong Pal like shadowbeak
you should do this with the mammoth pal(don't know the name), i know it would probably take longer to make, but it would be cool to see how powerful it is
I have yet to see a maximized Lovander, since it has a lifesteal effect for you and itself. It's only 6% at max rank though, sadly, should be 10%.
Should've done it with an element of one of the legendaries.. now you'll have to start all over again if you ever want to make an even more broken legendary Pal.
This is true if i only wanted to use water type moves, but i like having different type moves on each pal for any situation
How do you instantly hatch the egg? I know you can turn off the incubation time but I still have to hold F for a while to obtain it.
The pal iv and instant hatch timers are mods from nexusmods. They are not included in the vanilla game
Make mega digtoise and watch like nodes are one shoted.

Please read CDiinky. You have amazing pals HOWEVER they aren't the BEST (if you're going for only one element that is)! If you replace Lucky with the element specific traits you get an extra 5% attack power compared to Lucky (although it will only apply to that specific element) I'm talking Lord of the Sea, Lord of Lightning, etc. Lord of Sea would give 20% water attack damage! Now you have to torment yourself more for the next pal, I challenge you to make a OP ELIZABEE (Queen Bee) with Legend, Musclehead, Ferocious, and Spirit Emperor. WITH 4 max star Beeguardes to boost Elizabee's stats!
I was gonna do this but then decided against it, as i would like all pals i create to be universal so they can be decent in any situation, thanks for the comment tho!
I made an OP elizabee on my channel (granted she does have Lucky instead of Musclehead) and she has 2924 attack power. A 3000+ attack Elizabee is possible and I actually acquired one after I recorded the video.

cause all the attacks the same and you can breed what ever traits, it just comes down to the pal passive and base stats which determine ranks. so use your low tiers smash the game. make a Cattiva claw the shit out of everyone
Doesn't the Kelpsea only increase the damage of WATER attacks of yours and other pals? Those other elemental attacks seem very weak. PROBABLY for good reason.
You should of given your Kelpsea Vanguard and Strategist, ride on a Azurobe and fire your gun while doing only water attacks from Azurobe. Your Azurobe would give your guns water damage making you and your pal far stronger thanks to your Kelpsea's passive skill and partner skill. I'd like to see you compare what you did with my suggestion.

No. Kelpsea's partner skill is to increase Attack stat of Water Pals.
This same skill can be found in all type except Dragon across several Pals.
Edit: Thus, its best pair is actually Suzaku Aqua, but Vanguard is still nice anyway.

and I'm saying I think you should do a video comparison because before I watched this one, my curiosity was 'why are you using Ferocious and Musclehead? Wouldn't I just want Vanguard and other stat buffs that increases mine and other pals?" I mean if I'm wrong, I'd like to see it. I like to compare different strategies but maybe that's just me ;)

It seems like that's the case when water damage is applied to the player and his Kelpsea's earth attacks weren't doing so impressive against a electric boss pal. To me, the only reason he was doing 700+ was because of the level gap between pal and boss.
I'm sure it might increase water pal's defense and attack but does it really do anything for other elemental attacks from a water pal?
The reason why kelp is on the bottom tier is because people doesn't like it's design really

@@CommandoBlack123 You keep Kelpsea in the party for the stacking buff it provides. Not use it as a main damage dealer. It's not S tier, but it definitely isn't D tier either, like what the tier list "experts" claim.
