I'd say do the ACV rinse before conditioning if you have low to medium porosity hair, to avoid drying it out, for high porosity, do the ACV rinse after conditioning
I've been using acv rinses instead of conditioner for 6 months now and I went from having to wash hair every 2 days to having a fresh hair of head for up to 7 days. I'm so happy, I hate washing hair and now I have to do it less often, my hair is shiny and I minimized buying extra beauty products for my hair - winning all around! Here's an update: Ok. I tried the acv rinse yesterday and it worked like a charm! Gave my scalp and hair that much needed "pick me up." Plus, my scalp feels like it can breathe. Never had that feeling before. Girl, I thank you for putting out this video!
When I do my routine, I mix baking soda and water into a paste and apply it to my hair like a relaxer. I use the vinegar to rinse that out and it makes my head feel amazing! After washing and conditioning, I heat up virgin olive oil and cover my hair for a while. Once I do a final rinse, my scalp is clean and I don't have to put extra oils in my hair for a while, even if I straighten it. Thanks for the video! 🙃🙂
+TheStarsDon'tDance for my hair and my daughter's hair it works great! I don't always use the baking soda paste because it gets messy and can take some time. Doesn’t absolutely have to be organic lol. What it does is clean any sort of calcium deposits from the hairshaft. (Calcium coming from the hard water) (Calcium is alkaline. Vinegar is acid) The acid washes off the alkaline calcium deposits. Rinse with distilled water. Proceed with styling You’re welcome
It doesn't have to be, but it does help. For some products it doesn't make much difference whether it's organic or not, but ACV is one of the exceptions if you can get it. The "mother" is a major activating component.

Just tried this today! Thanx
did it work?
Yes I did it twice and my scalp felt amazing!
Romeo Renon how did you get rid of the vinegar smell in your hair? Did you have to rinse it for a really long time
Tracy Vu I put two drops of black Jamaican castor oil w/ lavender scent
How many times a week should you do this? Every time you wash your hair? I wash it twice a week so should I do it twice a week? Once a month? I always thought this would dry out your hair but I've been watching so many videos of people loving this!
How many times a week should you do this? Thank you.
I thank you so much for this video, it definitely helped me!!!
Gonna give it a try 🙂😊😊😊
Should you have your hair clean before or after the acv rinse? It's been a few days for me?
Hi, thanks for this video. I have SebDerm and this rinse would definetely help me a lot. Just one question, after your researches, how many times a week can we use this? Without the serum becoming excessive and harming the scalp
I do it once a week. Any more than that makes my scalp too dry
thanks! im gonna try this when i wash my hair on Thursday
