More Details On The Master of Masters Plan For Darkness | Kingdom Hearts Theory

This theory is building off some of the ideas both @treehouse_ttv , myself, and all the viewers who tuned in to episode #147 conjured up! It mostly focuses on The Master of Masters, Vanitas, and Sora himself.
I've recently found more evidence to support the theory and am curious what you all think!

The more I look into this theory, the more potential evidence I seem to find. I was able to find some more clues for this theory and think it helps paint it as a possibility. The Master of Masters is a tough read, making videos like this all the more fun.
So it's been awhile since I deep dived into KH BUT going off this I'm thinking. The unreality in UX is symbolized ※ . Which to me kind of implies a place that's exsistence is undfined almost. What if Sora gave this realm meaning by slipping in there and defining it. The nameless star was on his mind being back into the final world so he saw Yozora and created the world of the toystory game for the unreality. In effect making the heart of that realm.
Nameless star came from that but when she entered the final world she is just a heart if not less so time travel answers are open. And we get this almost paradox and this toystory game is real by Sora making Unreality a real place with a real heart.
Edit: It would kind of fit also the KH3 message of "If you can imagine a world, believe in it...and dive in" Maybe the MoM's needed someone with a heart who could give unreality form.

Chains of Memory are required for a soul to form, hence why replica’s needed data/memories before they could “become alive.” Souls can generate hearts, and hearts can generate emotions (chaos) which fade into memories which in turn can generate souls. My guess is that something about Quadratuum has prevented souls from generating hearts… perhaps a lack of chaos, a lack of emotions strong enough to generate both Light and Darkness. Regardless of specifics, Sora’s presence will likely allow Quadratum to become “fully realized.” Perhaps because he vanished from his Realm without first dying. If MoM’s vanishing were “death” like the KHdr upperclassmen and Sterletzia, then Sora may be the first living keyblade wielder to pass over. Someone whose heart has yet to melt away into his soul, someone whose potential is still infinite might breathe new life into those waiting in an Otherworld for a chance at rebirth
MoM's plan somehow involves Quadratum, and MoM is heavily linked with the whole "data world" stuff.
Maybe trying to access Quadratum, in other words imagining a place that is unreal, leads to it manifesting as data.
Yozora is unreality but the moment he is imagined he becomes a graspable concept in that world, thus becoming a video game.
Maybe that's how MoM stumbled upon all the data world and world line stuff.
I think at the moment, given we don’t know The master’s moral alignment we should probably call him an ‘antagonist’ for now. If it ends up being some of his motives are malicious, then yeah he’ll bump up to villian tier antagonist 🤷♀️ (hope that makes sense) it’s a cool theory BTW
One other bit regarding the vessels, is that Darkness openly states their ability to leave their vessel once the body becomes damaged in Union X. They would need to not just be taken in, but trapped in such a way they could not willingly free themselves from the vessel.
Ya know this makes me wonder if Yozora is somehow a darkness that gained a form. We know his form is not what he really looks like. And we know that he has details that point to being a nobody. Or perhaps he might be the equivalent of an old darkness but for nobodies. Maybe this is why we haven't reached the actual answer to the master's plan.
Maybe the master plans to plant the darknesses in the foretellers and then "kill them" to then split them into nobodies and "heartless". The darknesses take over as the heartless bodies while the foretellers retain their own selves in their nobodies. Similar to how Lee became Axel. Then he just has the foretellers grow new hearts while still giving the darknesses form to be vanquished. Think of it like how Roxas was able to become his own person separate from Sora despite being said to be Sora's nobody.

I think 'villain' is the wrong word. Antagonistic absolutely, but a villain is well, evil. While I do not agree with MOM's plan as we know it, I don't think he is evil.
Yep, that is kinda right on the bases of the facts since Maleficent is well.. a “villain” with the evil laugh,evil plan, gathering and become the evil organization league like council,evil of belong to her to conquer the world, owning an evil castle, armies such as heartless bein loyal to her for not given their hopes up and never leave their sight for long live Maleficent, and sometimes the eviilllll from mermaid man of (every,villain,is,lemon) etc etc. and as for the MoM feels if his not evil or not but a neutral kinda looking “antagonist” since MoM must’ve been seeing things harshly, wonder what happened to him from his past since he was a boy/child, guess we have to wait and see with the MoM to according as plan.
@@justawafflecousinofpancake4499 Its that I'm an author. In romance, the antagonist can be a rival who is seeking the same partner. In a boxing movie, it could be someone just trying to remain on top and do everything to keep you down. And while a villain is most often an antagonist, its not the other way around. A great example is The Little Mermaid, Triton is an antagonist but Ursula is a villain. Another is Emperor's New Groove, Cronk is clearly an antagonist, but the villain is Yzma. I don't believe the ends ever justify the means, but MOM does. The real question, does that make him evil? If he is evil, then villain is appropriate, but he is more akin to Xehanort trying to the right thing even if doing it the wrong way, you just have an antagonist.
Yeah um there’s different types of antagonist, a lot of time they’re villian antagonists because their goals are usually bad…however this doesn’t mean every antagonist is evil…say like um Candance from Phenias and Ferb she’s normally a antagonist because she actively tried to get her brothers ‘busted’ which would more or less end their summer fun but she’s not a bad person 😅
Awesome Video :) Totally Made Sense :) Gave Me Different Thoughts/Ideas On How The MoM Will Encounter Sora And Maybe Have Some Use Of Him As Well. Also On How The MoM's Plan Goes Or Can Go And Will Affect The Future. Thinking The Part Where The MoM Will Give The True Darknesses Form And Sora Will Make Them Join Him. I Really Don't Think The True Darknesses Will Join Sora, Maybe Make Him The Main Target Then MoM. So Many Thoughts On This Video, Really Appreciate Your Videos, Always Makes Me Think Out Of The Box. :)
I think it's also worth pondering why the MoM disappeared. I thought it was voluntary, but when I was rewatching KHUX, it doesn't sound like it was purposeful. I think MoM may have broken a nature taboo, like Sora, which resulted in his disappearance. But I don't have a clue what he could have done...
Heck, that episode may be one of my favourite, the amount of theories we can get out of it is unholy, and as someone who can see when and where a theory may be wrong (even my own), literally CANNOT see flaws in this theory as of right now. If we don't get this one right I won't trust Nomura any longer
I theorize that the Master has Darkness in him since He wrote the Book. It is part of the contract They made, a way for Darkness to insure The Master has to follow the rules .Thus, the Master can only speak (what you hear) in ways that make it sound like Darkness winning is inevitable . He also must speak in ways that create Traitors to the Process like Luxu and Xehanort, but do it in a way that doesn't Aroused Darkness's Eye.
But I will repeat what I said before. The Master of Masters is creating "Riku's" the perfected version of what Ventus/Vanitas was suppose to be.
I also think that the Master does cheat "Later' by getting to the End of the Dark Seeker Saga, then jumping back into the Time of his own Story and metaphysically Revising it to guarantee those Traitors would exist. He also does it to make Certain Riku and Sora would exist the way that would cause the Dark Seeker Saga to end in favor of Light. Like a Edit or a Metaphysical Retcon.

Master of masters is such a confusing character but he is just as entertaining.
I think that Ventus almost died when Xehanort separated Vanitas it's because his heart was still young and weak. But he trained the Foretellers so that they don't collapse when he'll extract the darkness out of them.
I'll share this little nugget:
So um in a story i did back a year or two ago i had the master meet a certain character from the Loki show because of a few similarities and personally i feel for Marvel or rather the MCU to be included in Kingdom hearts, using a specific location based around TIME being linked to Quadratum (the realm its part of) seems like a nobrainerXD and i had too much fun doing their dialogue. thought i better share it on MOM theory video ;)
I bet you my third leg that MoM isnt the main villain in the next franchise. Theres probably a whole new group of antagonist pulling the strings. Plus, KH4 is being made by two new co-directors besides Nomura, everything is changing.
I have a theory about the ARK's the Dandelions used to go to the future that being what if they too broke the taboo of time travel.
Now here's what I think the ARK's worked as designed as a forced Waking Machine that sent the Dandelion's to the future but purposefully wiped their memories what if to suffer the true punishment of breaking the Taboo a person has to be whole of mind, body, and heart.
To give examples, Lauriam and Elrena they were sent to the future with no memories awoke in the new future and was found by Xeanort not only them but also Subject X AKA Skuld what if Skuld was the first to remember her past and that's why she literally vanished. Why Axel and Saix couldn't find her once she remembered she began to no longer exist. As for Lauriam and Elrena when Sora defeated them in KH3 they returned to being whole remembering their past and now disappeared.
As for the complicated one Ven when he broke the taboo he had a pure darkness in him so by literal accident Xeanort saved Ven from disappearing by removing a piece of him that made him whole when he broke the taboo also Ven still doesn't remember his past so Ven basically is the only one so far whose safe from the punishment.
Now to pure speculation mode the two people who probably should have disappeared Brain and Ephraim the only thing I can say that might solve this is Ephraim could have possibly not remembered anything while building up new keyblade weilders or he could have disappeared but only after he created a number of new Keyblade Wielders that's why his statue is of a younger version of him so maybe he never got to his later years I mean if he did stay wouldn't he have spread the Dandelion name or something?
As for Brain my lingering Theory is that when Luxu and Brain stood off they came to an agreement one that benefitted both of them. What if Luxu sent Brains heart to the future but Luxu took the empty vessel and traveled and at some point left Brains body now with his body free of Luxu Brains heart returned and he woke up in the street in that scene.
Of course this theory has probably a number of holes the overall idea is that Skuld, Lauriam, Elrena, Ephraim, and possibly Brain are currently in Quadratum or in different places in the unreality for Sora to save and raise an old group to face off against the OG Keyblade Masters
I don't think we have the infos to understand MoM ultimate goal but what I am sure about is that he wants the foretellers to be filled with darkness and then overcome its power to be stronger than darkness (maybe through a fight with sora). Then it would have or strong guardians of light or strong servants to conquer on the "real world" / quadratum
i think the master of masters plan is to actually sacrifice them...but put their hearts in replica body's
sora might be at odds with that(because he wouldnt tell him that part)
I do think that it is possible that this is somehow MoM's plan. That said I haven't really decided on what I think MoM's plan is. So even though I am willing to think of this theory as a possibility I struggle to think of it has more likely then any other theory.
I would like to note that I think it is very possible that some of our characters are going to end up joining the foretellers and MoM at some point in the future. Either as students of one of the foretellers or as replacements for the foretellers at some point. I also think that it is possible that some of the characters will end up siding with the Darknesses. I am not really sure who will side with who but it is something that I think is very likely.
Ventus possibly with his memories restored makes a lot of sense to team up with his foreteller no matter who that ends up being. Actually all the time traveling Dandelions might rejoin the foretellers. It's just that Ventus as a pure Light makes a lot of sense for joining them. I also think that Kairi is going to join the foretellers at least for a time.
Aqua, Hayner, Pence, Olette, and Isa are also possible characters for joining the foretellers though not nearly as likely as Ventus, the dandelions, and Kairi.
As for the characters that might join the Darknesses. Terra while he is on his journey to reach his Zen state with his personal darkness might be someone that sees and talks to the Darknesses and sees them as people. I am not sure I actually want him to join them, just Terra is a very empathic character and if anyone of the side cast could understand the Darknesses and help them grow hearts of their own Terra seems like a good choice. Also I really like the theory that Terra is a reborn Heart made new of one of the 13 Darknesses. Maybe a Darkness and the person it was possessing when they where killed. So Terra somehow choosing to be empathic to people who his Heart knows, people that clearly need some form of saving would make sense.
I do think that the Radiant Garden Lab is going to be taken over by a Darkness at some point. Actually I think it is already taken over by a Darkness that is within Dilan. However I am really not sure what that will mean in the long run.
Overall I do think that the 13 Darknesses are corrupted in some way. However I also think that they are more in need of healing then they are in need of being defeated. Maybe they are so corrupted that they can not be healed but seeing Vanitas I sort of doubt it. Honestly I am way more against MoM then I am against the Darknesses. Yes the Darknesses are doing not good things however it really seems to be in a way that can be healed. MoM just seems like a bad mad scientist. Who thinks his experiment is perfect and so he is going to destroy everything in his effort to make things perfect. Even when everything will point to him just being wrong he will not care and destroy everything anyway.
It should be possible to give the darkness form and to save the foretellers from dying due to having their heart extracted Sora was able to save ventes that way and they had no affiliation with each other at all I'm pretty sure the foretellers who have been together since only they know how long would be able to piece together each other's hearts
Actually, Sora only manage to awaken Vens heart. With the power of waking.....he did not free him from “Darkness” which still resides within him
@@TheKira708 I was specifically speaking about how sora fixed ventus's heart in the beginning of birth by sleep when xehanort extracted vanitas out of him ventus was already in motion to Die the moment that happened it says it in the secret reports that he couldn't train both of them because vanitas was eating away at what little of his heart remained so xehanort was going to let ven have at lest a peaceful death at destiny island were sora fixed vens heart ven even confirmed that at the ending of the game where he says to a kid Sora you gave me what I needed a second chance

Its possible to give the darkness form, to save the foretellers with there hearts being extracted from darkness. Which could be possible however.....you said Sora was able to save Ven that way. 🤔 which is incorrect...because again...that was the power of waking. Xehanort did *not* use the power of waking to *extract* Vanitas from Ven. That was something completely different. That is a good method for sure. But even that is no guarantee it would work.....obviously it didn’t because Darkness is still in Ven. An “Darkness” is not Vanitas. Or rather he’s a not true “Darkness”
Also Sora doing that was a coincidence, because Ventus just *happened* to be there, on Destiny islands. Yes Xehanort wanted him to die peacefully, however because he was on Destiny islands. For some reason that has yet to be explained. Soras new born Heart resonated with Vens broken heart, an molded with it, an you know the rest. But Sora did no extract any Darkness at all from Ven. Only woke him up. That was it.

The only thing I'm personally hoping for is that the MoM's plan, whatever it is, either fails miserably or backfires spectacularly; he's simply too much of a Mary-Sue-tier literal know-it-all at this point and Nomura's already proven with Xehanort that he *CAN NOT* write "genius" characters to save his life.
It really sucks, that we didn’t get at what point in time, did the darknesses actually hide themselves inside the foretellers....or defen if the foretellers even knew about it, an the plan. I don’t think they did since it appears he only told Luxu. Also I believe at the end of KH3 when luxu meets them again, when he says I hope you all like long stories, he explains to them the Masters plan about them all being hosts of darknesses etc. An how the plan to beat them.

I have a theory what if all of the darkness belongs to the master of masters and he wants to trap them all in the foretellers in order to pull them back into himself. And the reason he has eyes on sora is because ventus absorbed one of the darknesses and then later on shared his heart with sora and you know venitus was defeated, and now wants sora to help him because sora has a way to accept people in his heart . Which is what the master wanted to do with the foretellers.
