This ghost round is one of the funniest things I've seen on Movie Fights in forever... it's so great to see you guys just having a lot of fun with an argument! Good stuff guys.
Correct if I'm wrong, but Beetlejuice would be a horrible haunting ghost unless you are dead too. He'd torture you till you died, then he'd take you on adventures.
I actually didn't care for Despicable Me 2. Kung Fu Panda 2 is not as well constructed as the first, but I find it super funny and quite possibly my favorite animated sequel.
I'd love to see Brett Erlich and Mike Carlson in the same movie fight. They are two of my favorite fighters. So funny and bring great ideas. Good fight.
I didn't know of Brett before this episode, but he is now one of my favorite Movie Fights contestants - he's hilarious, he's witty, and he makes amusing and logical arguments.
How to win movie fights. 1. never give credit to the competitions argument. (Andy always gives them a point for this) 2. fight to the bell. (Andy hates when someone gets cocky and assumes victory) 3. be prepared with one liners and facts. (these things stick with andy) 4. passion is important but don't go overboard (andy rarely gives the point to the loudest person in the argument) 5. be Dan Murrell.
Dredd might have been interesting in black and white. Make it very much like a gritty 90's comic book. Only, you know, most of those are in colour. So yeah.
+Crystal Rose Yeah, they did a p...poor job taking down Shrek 2, even though it is so easy. Just point out that it doesn't stand on its own feet but only works if you understand the references in it.
+Superhero News you did bring up some good points Adam! and it was only your first fight and you still did great! Thanks for sticking up for those of us in the httyd fandom :)
Its not really your fault. your competitors are quite vocal so you don't get to give as many points. My Recommendation for when you fight next time to be more vocal! #ConstructiveCritisism Other than that you did a great job!
+Darth Venar 10 years and that shit still gets funnier every time. I recently rewatched episode || thanks to episode V|| and I gotta say, it's probably the best parody of a Star Wars film I've ever seen. Could win a golden globe for sure.
I'm only a few minutes in, but I have to comment: YES to The Rescuers Down Under! It's one of the only good pure Disney (not Pixar) sequels. It was even the first sequel Disney bothered to put in theaters!
Ria Bhandarkar To each their own, haha. I thought those were good, but no Disney sequel ever quite captured the magic of the original to me, which made me wonder why they were made at all.
+Nat H lion king 2 was and still is on of my faves. The humor was there, the songs were still amazing "He lives in You" , "We are One" , "My Lullaby" , " One of Us" and the plot teaches a valuable lesson about forgiveness and how the acts of one should not shun everyone. It's beautiful
... Well *I* thought that the recent Steve Jobs film was great. It's not a biopic so I had no problem at all with the fact that the film was made up of three scenes. I don't get why it's such a bad thing, personally, especially when the performances and dialogue and direction were so fantastic. Not sorry. **shrugs**
+Tasha Marie In my opinion that i think the minimal scene thing only worked out so well because of the great directing by Danny Boyle and Sorkin's screenplay. All the performances were great too by the way.
+Lullu Edge Why do people hate Hal? He's fierce, he's got good arguments, and he doesn't whine when he loses. Bubblegum joke was cringey as hell though
It's his voice, he sounds like he's giving off an epic speech everytime he fights but it comes off annoying, i'm not saying he's bad, he's great, it's just his voice execution okay
+andromidius lmao when has he yelled in an argument? rants, well yeh cause its no fun if he just sits there and talks, but when he discusses things he's pretty civil.
+Mykasan Kung Fu Pana is my favorite animated franchise! Honestly I've always thought Shrek 2 was kind of boring, but that's just me. The third Kung Fu Panda is SO GOOD! imo Kung Fu Panda movies >>> HTTYD movies
MultiGamerGuy1 the new films from Pixar haven't kind of made that box office type money so they are going back to the ones that made shit load of money.
I am addicted to your movie fights! great enthusiasm and a lot of fun to watch! PS I just wanted to say in Fight 1 i am fully supporting How to Train a Dragon 2! i love the Berkian world both in the movies and the animated series
+Cristopher de la Zerda All he had to do to defend "How to Train Your Dragon 2" would be to destroy their main premise: great cast. A great cast does NOT equal a great movie - case closed (drop the mic).
3:58 Da hell?? I heard the second, much deeper "Let them fight" and saw Andy's mouth moving in sync with it...but I couldn't believe that was him actually saying that!! LoL, sounded like the Cave of Wonders tiger face from Aladdin...or Dr. Claw.
When they say Simpsons is better than Shrek, and How to Train a Dragon 2 I think a puppy died. Simpsons might be well regarded as good, but I wouldn't go that far. Simpsons is going on to this day and it isn't remotely what it once was, if we're talking about sequels a story and characters shouldn't be dragged on as they are with the Simpsons. But bleeding what remains of what was good from it, it can give negative affects to what it once was.
I'm so glad to hear The Rescuers Down Under getting some love. Such an under-rated film from the Disney Renaissance. The eagle flight scenes alone are simply some of the most breathtaking animation Disney has ever produced.
I went to see Kung Fu Panda 3 yesterday. I was wearing my Screen Junkies Plus t-shirt, and right when I walked in the theater they were running a Regal Crown Club add featuring Jon Bailey!
For the movie that is universally disliked but you love, id have to say for me it's bring it on. people may say that movie is crap but it's really a brilliant satire on cheerleading and is hilarious
+BDWJ1987 then I guess my real guilty pleasure movie is the sandlot 2. People say they hate that, but I actually relate to it a lot because it's the first sandlot movie to have girls in it.
I really liked Bring it On, actually, more than I ever thought I would! My guilty pleasure might just be Home Alone II, because I still find it funny, my whole family love watching it, so nostalgia, I like the shots of New York and because different city, greater danger for Kevin, and Tim Curry is amazing.
+Carissa Renard I was actually with Brett on this one. I was really surprised to discover that Hudson Hawk is so reviled. I discovered it on TV (probably Comedy Central) years after its release and I thought it was hilarious and campy and awesome. It totally seems like the kind of thing that would develop a cult following. Ridiculous song-timing premise, outlandish bad guys, undercover nuns...it's just amazing.
I think it's great. Alot of people like it. Much more than the sequels. For me it's "Bedazzled". It hilarious. I always LOL when watching it. However, it's universally hated. And it bombed in the box office.
I love nothing more than grabbing a beer and watching this show. What a great episode! Brett was fantastic and should really be invited back! This is what movie fights should be
I finally signed up for Screen Junkies Plus and its just not that good to me. I tried the other shows but I just like movie fights and I have no problem waiting until Saturday to watch it. All the other shows were just bleh, except maybe Interns of Field. I like the show and that is most likely the only reason why I will keep my subscription... If anyone cares for my feedback. Doubt it though. One recommendation, when you announce players in movie fights, please play fake crowd applause noise. It seems awkward to me when you introduce a player and its crickets..
+Zinc Addict I like Muinday, he sucks at movie fights but he is the crazy one of the bunch... Dunno how he and Dan got teamed up. But yeah everyone has their likes and dislikes. to me it just feels like they are throwing a bunch of shows up against the wall to see what sticks... Movie Fights is the big one IMO, if they can just turn TV Fights into movie fights I think they can get more people on board. I think they got something with Interns Of Field but dont think they have the money to do a bunch of parody shows.
+Sillysoft I appreciate your feedback! I don't care enough about SJ's other shows to ever pay for it personally, and it sounds like this has been the case for most people.
I think Spaceballs is a very overrated film. I don't think it holds up very well at all; not only would I not consider it one of the best parody films of all time, I wouldn't consider it one of Mel Brooks' best films(I think Young Frankenstein, Blazing Saddles, And Men in Tights, in roughly that order, are all better.)
+FiendTheWhacked Yeah and it's essentially low-hanging fruit he goes after. It's sometimes funny, but it doesn't feel like there's much craft or love to it. It's one step above stuff like Scary Movie.
Spaceballs is just fine in my opinion. I watched it for the first time a couple monts ago and the jokes really didn't make it for me :/ Can be because I have no nostalgia for it or because it's not my kind of comedy.
+Raging Wampa Yeah I don't really get the hype either. Granted it has been a couple of years. I mean Yoda in that movie was called Yogurt...hahaha...uhm...joke?...funny?...nope.
+MrPinbert Ye, most of the jokes was dependant on some kind of pun or visual gag which can be fun in small doses, but not for a whole movie :/ At least not for me
I just didn't think the jokes were at all clever or memorable. Most of them could barely pass for humor. The only bit I like was about the "Spaceballs Toilet Paper"! "Now you can wipe your butt with pictures of your favorite Spaceballs characters!"
Please bring Brett back again! He's really intelligent and funny, and he also just seems like a really nice guy. I like how he was able to get his arguments across really well without yelling or being rude to anyone. I'm a new fan :)
Suggestion: After each fighter picks their contender for each fight, add it to your screen graphics. Brett - Rescuers Down Under Adam - How to Train Your Dragon 2 Hal - Shrek 2
Am I the only one who likes Hal, he's funny.
+Josué Sandoval i like Hal too
Doesn't matter if he's funny his voice is cringeworthy asf
+Josué Sandoval I don't love him but he's alright
+Josué Sandoval I like him too, he's one of my favorites, I find his cheesiness hilarious.
Yeah. He's super nice and his jokes are harmless. I like him. It's DBags like Marc A. that I hate watching.
This ghost round is one of the funniest things I've seen on Movie Fights in forever... it's so great to see you guys just having a lot of fun with an argument! Good stuff guys.
+DNAlien I was about to comment the same thing... I don't usually sit there laughing my ass off during movie fights and this time I did.
Hal killed in this one. he's usually nor that enjoyable
Correct if I'm wrong, but Beetlejuice would be a horrible haunting ghost unless you are dead too. He'd torture you till you died, then he'd take you on adventures.
Here's a fun one:pitch your idea for an Avengers VS X-Men movie.what would cause the two teams to turn against each other?
+DNAlien That round wouldn't have happened that way if there had been a woman present!
Kung Fu Panda 2 is definitely my favorite animated sequel, I absolutely adore it. Despicable Me 2 was also pretty strong.
I commented this before watching the video, and I have not seen Kung Fu Panda 3 yet.
+CreepahKillahRSA no spoilers, but Kung Fu Panda 3 is definitely VERY GOOD! I loved it! However, I THINK that the 2nd is still a little better
+Josh Wilkins Cool! Hopefully I'll see it soon!
Rohan Mital that's cool. My ranking is preference based. They're all AMAZING films in their own right
I actually didn't care for Despicable Me 2.
Good fight.
Round 1 - Best animated sequel? Actual Starts at 4:43
Thanks
+Smokey McJoint yes, for people who want to skip to the fight when they put the wrong time stamp in the description
Thanks man, sorry about the people who are calling you a pedant.
+Smokey McJoint I think you smoked some bad shit.
KUNG FU PANDA 2!!!!
I didn't know of Brett before this episode, but he is now one of my favorite Movie Fights contestants - he's hilarious, he's witty, and he makes amusing and logical arguments.
My family were talking at dinner about the film 'porn' titles and my brother blurted out Die Hard. We all lost it XD
Is Free Willy only valid in the UK?
+Pigmiwarrior Unsure what you mean by "valid in the uk" but the movie is seen in the US
+Pigmiwarrior I like Inglorious Bastards
+Harley's Tutorials I was wondering if in the US 'Willy' also means 'Cock'
+Slade Deadpool I like that film too but I don't get how it works as a porno title?
The Rescuers Down Under... the nostalgia....I'm def rewatching it after this fight lol
The best animated sequel hasn't been released yet:
The Incredibles 2 (2017)
*2019
Oh, well I doesn't matter. It is going the legen... wait for it.... dary! LEGENDARY
Preach
+patrik streng what if it sucks?
It won't
How to win movie fights.
1. never give credit to the competitions argument. (Andy always gives them a point for this)
2. fight to the bell. (Andy hates when someone gets cocky and assumes victory)
3. be prepared with one liners and facts. (these things stick with andy)
4. passion is important but don't go overboard (andy rarely gives the point to the loudest person in the argument)
5. be Dan Murrell.
+William jones That's pretty right-on.
BRETT ERLICH!!!! OH MY GA
+Otto Nicli he looks like john krasinski right?
I'd have fought for Inglorious Basterds in the black and white round
Yess
+Devynn Hageman Good call, I'd have gone with either The Dark Knight or There Will Be Blood
Dredd might have been interesting in black and white. Make it very much like a gritty 90's comic book. Only, you know, most of those are in colour. So yeah.
Naw, her red dress is way too vital. Plus the pivotal fire would be weak in B&W. Fires are best in color...see The Sacrifice or Ran.
my first thought devynn
How to train your dragon was the better movie but the argument for it wasn't very good...
I think Shrek 2 was insane
+Crystal Rose Yeah, they did a p...poor job taking down Shrek 2, even though it is so easy. Just point out that it doesn't stand on its own feet but only works if you understand the references in it.
+Superhero News you did bring up some good points Adam! and it was only your first fight and you still did great! Thanks for sticking up for those of us in the httyd fandom :)
Its not really your fault. your competitors are quite vocal so you don't get to give as many points. My Recommendation for when you fight next time to be more vocal!
#ConstructiveCritisism
Other than that you did a great job!
Books are way better the movies and our entirely different
lmao!!! that ghost conversation was the best fight this year. add that to the best of the year video.
+Time n' Space Gaming oh then 3 minutes later you urself says it should go on the reel. lmao well it should!
Attack of the Clones is the best animated sequel.
+Mac „Must“ Darf nice, it took me a minute than i realised it. nice mate
wooow thug life bro
Cmon its been 10 years since the prequels were in theaters stop bashing them. Move along
+Darth Venar 10 years and that shit still gets funnier every time. I recently rewatched episode || thanks to episode V|| and I gotta say, it's probably the best parody of a Star Wars film I've ever seen. Could win a golden globe for sure.
+Mac “Must” Darf At least George is still 3D animating like he did with the prequels. It's called Strange Magic.
I'm only a few minutes in, but I have to comment: YES to The Rescuers Down Under! It's one of the only good pure Disney (not Pixar) sequels. It was even the first sequel Disney bothered to put in theaters!
I was a huge fan of Disney sequels as a kid. I liked the Aladdin ones the most.
Ria Bhandarkar To each their own, haha. I thought those were good, but no Disney sequel ever quite captured the magic of the original to me, which made me wonder why they were made at all.
+kcsoup3 The best Disney sequel is Big Hero 6. The previous five were so forgettable, that I don't even remember watching them.
+kcsoup3 I loved this one too :) I actually also loved the lion king 2 when I watched it as a kid
How to Train your Dragon 1 & 2 movie's are my favourite animated movies
Same!
+IamZedX true!
+IamZedX As the video points out, Toy Story 3 is unquestionably better, but How to Train your Dragon is still very good.
Those Won?
Because i love the movies, are pretty cool... and awesome
... Well *I* thought that the recent Steve Jobs film was great. It's not a biopic so I had no problem at all with the fact that the film was made up of three scenes. I don't get why it's such a bad thing, personally, especially when the performances and dialogue and direction were so fantastic. Not sorry. **shrugs**
That's one of the reasons why I loved the movie, when do we ever get a clear cut 3 act movie these days? It's so underrated man
I rarely take their opinions seriously when it comes to serious dramas like Steve Jobs. It was an excellent film.
+Tasha Marie agreed. it was quite a frantic, but very interesting movie, and definitely not a biopic per se.
+Tasha Marie In my opinion that i think the minimal scene thing only worked out so well because of the great directing by Danny Boyle and Sorkin's screenplay. All the performances were great too by the way.
+Tasha Marie I think too many people (including myself) were expecting Social Network level of greatness. So most people ended up being disappointed.
Oh shit, Hal is in this one, this will be painful.
+Lullu Edge totally agree
+Lullu Edge Why do people hate Hal? He's fierce, he's got good arguments, and he doesn't whine when he loses. Bubblegum joke was cringey as hell though
Ooooo Throwing shade!
Hahaha!
i find your comment painfully rude. its embarrassing
It's his voice, he sounds like he's giving off an epic speech everytime he fights but it comes off annoying, i'm not saying he's bad, he's great, it's just his voice execution okay
This was one of the most fun movie fights you have ever made. Great job screen junkies!
The time for *Round 1 - Best animated sequel?* in the description is off. It's 4:43 not 5:55
Hal was really entertaining on this one haha pretty nice arguments too
Angry Joe would be a cool guest on the show.
Yes please!
he would be perfect for this show! I like his reviews for movies and he would add some cool new personality to the show that would variety.
+MultiPlatGamerGuy NOOOOOO I'll spell it out for you in case you didn't understand the first time * *ahem* *
N O
+IM THE HERO Agreed. No thanks. He doesn't form good arguments, he just shouts.
+andromidius lmao when has he yelled in an argument? rants, well yeh cause its no fun if he just sits there and talks, but when he discusses things he's pretty civil.
Hudson Hawk is one of my favorite movies of all time. It's not a good movie, but a really fun one.
Bollocks! The best animated sequel is Foodfight! 2 : 50 Shades Of Dex!
One of the most fun episodes ever, great job Screen Junkies!
i grew up with Shrek ( i was 9 when the first one came out) and i found it super funny! i still enjoys it now. My favorite sequel is kung fu panda 2!
yeah kung fu panda was awesome. even the sequel was awesome. HTTYD movies are also awesome.
Kung Fu Panda 2 is absolutely fantastic. Probably my favorite movie sequel in general.
Yeah same I was 10 when Shrek 2 came out and I loved it
+Mykasan Kung Fu Pana is my favorite animated franchise! Honestly I've always thought Shrek 2 was kind of boring, but that's just me. The third Kung Fu Panda is SO GOOD! imo Kung Fu Panda movies >>> HTTYD movies
+Josh Wilkins you've seen the third one already? the trailer looks amazing for it
Watching a new Movie Fights while having breakfast on a sunny Sunday morning. Love it.
Toy Story was a film ahead of it's time. RIP Jim Varney
Who did he play?
+VMG3001 Slinky Dog
+Jorge Anguiano He was the OG Slinky The Dog.
MultiGamerGuy1 maybe it has made alot of money.
No love for Black Dynamite...
One of the absolute best in recent memory.
+Josh Jelks what was it parodying though ?
+datboi forthere The blaxploitation genre, movies like Shaft and super fly
Boomplan8 okay got it.
+logan48227 It's good, but Black Dynamite is just so perfect.
I wish Sky High was talked about more as a great spoof movie, it's awesome
Hal is in this? im afraid to read the comments
+wingsuiter101 this was funny :D
+Filip Struhar ya I expected everyone to hate him but everyone on is saying he's funny and that their scared to look at the comments
+Snow Field He tends to overuse certain phrases.
This episode apparently was brought to you by the word "noir."
Hope I spelled that correctly.
+Snow Field soooo. it's his job not to accept the competitors opinion. yall are silly.
+Snow Field he's trying to win lol
Wait no one said Monsters university for best sequel? That film was brilliant!
Kung fu panda 2 is my favorite animated sequel. It's very underrated
AMEN!
It's my favorite as well
Kung Fu Panda e was great too
+trd 12 3
+Lynn simpson In my opinion, better than Kung fu panda 1. BTW kung fu panda 3 was sortta a dissapointment.
Hearing Dan laughing in the background throughout this entire episode is the highlight for me. Awesome.
I secretly love the Scooby Doo sequel. It was like the best movie ever when I was young.
Pretty sure it was written by James gunn dude who did guardians of the Galaxy
Yeah but it was crushed by critics.
+VMG3001 And super!
It was a childhood classic for me also
This was such a fun movie fight, Hal and Brett's banter was great
Kramer vs. Kramer for best movie with "versus" in the title?
+Flantastic Tucker and Dale vs Evil
***** Ah, must've missed it
+Flantastic Hal argued it in After the Fight and won against The People vs Larry Flynt
I like how mature they acted this episode. They still got excited but there was no childish yelling matches. Love to see all of them back again.
How To Train Your Dragon 2 was defended so poorly, it should have been an easy win.
Also I would argue Downfall for a good black and white film
Or Life is Beautiful
+Cristopher de la Zerda All he had to do to defend "How to Train Your Dragon 2" would be to destroy their main premise: great cast. A great cast does NOT equal a great movie - case closed (drop the mic).
+jcb3393 he could've also argued that the score in HTTYD 2 is MUCH better than the other two
+MultiGamerGuy1 Toothless Found is a brilliant track. So intricate yet subtle.
But really, I only came to say this... Dude, I see you _everywhere_. XD
I remember Brett from back in the days of CurrentTV. Viral Video Film School is classic. Great to see you on ScreenJunkies!!!
i would of pick the ghost dog from the nightmare before christmas
+Carlos mp zero
yes that little fella
+Carlos mp That's who I would've picked as well. TH-cam high five
+Carlos MP I would've picked Obi Wan Kenobi.
Round 4 was quite possibly the greatest Round of Movie Fights in Movie Fights history.
WOOOOO!! ADAM!
Superhero News Your Welcome
Nice profiler
3:58 Da hell?? I heard the second, much deeper "Let them fight" and saw Andy's mouth moving in sync with it...but I couldn't believe that was him actually saying that!! LoL, sounded like the Cave of Wonders tiger face from Aladdin...or Dr. Claw.
I think The Godfather Part II would look amazing in black and white, giving it that old school feel that would fit with the Vito Corleone time period
Finally somebody said it. Agree (a lot!)
+Tony Montana
Maybe do it half black and white, half color.
Do the prequel-Vito story in back and white, the sequel-Micheal story in color.
k9commander very creative, I like that
"A monster! Have fun in your dungeons and your weird cults" xD that ghost round killed me
When they say Simpsons is better than Shrek, and How to Train a Dragon 2 I think a puppy died. Simpsons might be well regarded as good, but I wouldn't go that far. Simpsons is going on to this day and it isn't remotely what it once was, if we're talking about sequels a story and characters shouldn't be dragged on as they are with the Simpsons. I'm so glad to hear The Rescuers Down Under getting some love. Such an under-rated film from the Disney Renaissance. The eagle flight scenes alone are simply some of the most breathtaking animation Disney has ever produced.
Haven't watched it yet, but the best animated sequel is Toy Story 3 hands down no questions asked.
And if u haven't seen it how do u know
+Calum Bourne I just wanted to say that I think that Toy Story 3 is the best animated sequel
Oh, you mean the remake of Toy Story 2.
+CreepahKillahRSA it's not even close to toy story 2 in plot or anything lol
Toy Story 3 is meh.
This was the first movie fights that acutally made me laugh out loud... Thanks brett! I really liked your show back in the day.
Brett destroyed that first round
He should have won
I think we just found hal killer
Easily one of my fav fights. Lots of originality in the questions and the answers.
For the record, How to train your Dragon 2 >>> Shrek 2
agreed. and Kung Fu Panda 2 >>> How to Train Your Dragon 2
Im the reverse on that, but still two great sequels
+Josh Wilkins How to train your dragon series >>>> everything else
This is the best episode of MOVIE FIGHTS! I've seen in a while!!! Great job, guys!!! =]
MOVIE FIGHT IDEA: Which actor do you want to narate your auto bio.
I'll throw in someone new and say Matt LeBlanc since he gained a deep voice over the ages.
Morgan Freeman duh
Samuel l Jackson
I went to see Kung Fu Panda 3 yesterday. I was wearing my Screen Junkies Plus t-shirt, and right when I walked in the theater they were running a Regal Crown Club add featuring Jon Bailey!
Where are all the action figures that used to be on that table??
+tomurg they reailised they are 40
+Mikael Persson LMFAO
+Mikael Persson i dont see any problem with action figures after 40, way to project bud.
The ghost round was one of the funniest conversations I've ever heard
For the movie that is universally disliked but you love, id have to say for me it's bring it on. people may say that movie is crap but it's really a brilliant satire on cheerleading and is hilarious
+BDWJ1987 it has a 52 meta score and a 5.9 user score so I'd say that's not that good.
This was a fun episode. Good fighters this week!
Big Pain In Little Spain?
I like this because I'm spanish.
AJCVYC93
I was also going to suggest, "Violent Crusher in Little Russia", but being Russian, I felt it would seem egotistical.
Just want to say this is the first movie fight I watched and I really enjoyed it. Keep up the good work.
slightly disappointed nothing was said about Shrek 2's fire sound track
"So... When a gentleman gets aroused..."
God damn this episode has some amazing quotes.
Spaceballs wasn't even Mel Brooks' best parody film, Young Frankenstein is much, much better.
Didn't he make Airplane? I loved Spaceballs and Airplane.
+CreepahKillahRSA no,he didnt
young Frankenstein is his least funny, I liked space balls and blazing saddles a lot better
opinions....
Blazing Saddles is my fav Brooks film. "Where da white women at?"
I love nothing more than grabbing a beer and watching this show. What a great episode! Brett was fantastic and should really be invited back! This is what movie fights should be
My favorite animated sequel is Kung Fu Panda 2
This was easily one of the best movie fights, haven't laughed that much for a while
man, i wish i was haunted by a bj ghost
I was SO happy to see Brett here !
You done a The Incredibles honest trailer yet?
Nope. Not yet
+Zinc Addict Thanks. They need to
this has been the best fight so far in this year!
I care for your feedback 😄
I agree. TV Fights could be awesome but all the contenders are too friendly and they never get into passionate arguments like they do in here.
I love Mundy Night Raw, Does it Hold Up and Movie Games!
Not that anyone cares
+Zinc Addict I like Muinday, he sucks at movie fights but he is the crazy one of the bunch... Dunno how he and Dan got teamed up. But yeah everyone has their likes and dislikes. to me it just feels like they are throwing a bunch of shows up against the wall to see what sticks... +Sillysoft I appreciate your feedback! I don't care enough about SJ's other shows to ever pay for it personally, and it sounds like this has been the case for most people.
Finally a critic mentioned how old the "seen it before" critique is getting to those of us who watch critics.
51:02 lol
How did they not mention National Lampoons: Loaded Weapon 1 as the best spoof! :o
Honestly I didn't like young Frankenstein that much. I think space balls, blazing saddles, and robin hood men in tights are better
sorry you dont like a great film
+FiendTheWhacked
It's funny, but a lot of the humor is very crude and unsophisticated. I much prefer something like Galaxy Quest.
+Jason Brown Galaxy Quest is light years ahead of anything Mel Brooks.
I subscribed to Plus last night and I'm digging the hell out of it! THANK YOU GUYS!!!
Spaceballs is just fine in my opinion. I watched it for the first time a couple monts ago and the jokes really didn't make it for me :/ Can be because I have no nostalgia for it or because it's not my kind of comedy.
so you admit you dont like parodies then?
+skinsman82000 Maybe, I honestly have not seen many parodies so I can't really say for sure.
This is now one of my favorite Moviefights ever. Adam was great, and man I wanna see Brett come back, dude was absolutely hilarious.
DEEZ NUTS !!!!!
BLOCKED
I was literally sitting there for the "hated movie you love" fight thinking Hudson Hawk. I love that movie!
This was a very entertaining episode overall, but I gotta point out the funniest newbie ever, Brett Erlich really killed it xD
great episode you are the best Screen junkies!
That was the most serious conversation that has ever been had about Over Her Dead Body.
We need to see Brett Erlich more ;)
One of the best fights in a long time
I can't believe it's been a year since this fight. literally feels like last week
The confusion on the last question was glorious to watch. One of the greatest f#$k-ups on this show.
I hope they keep bringing Brett back! He is very funny on this and on Poptrigger!
great podcast/channel thanks guys
The Rescuers Down Under is one of the best and most underrated Disney films ever. Definitely one of the best sequels.
Leaving Las Vegas must have a black and white version, it fits this film perfectly
Ghost round: Patrick Swayze!!!
Brett - Rescuers Down Under
Adam - How to Train Your Dragon 2
Hal - Shrek 2
nice off the wall questions this time Andy (& crew)
Really enjoyed seeing Brett! Please have him back on!!
