Kid is 18....18! I can´t remember a D playing this way. Sure, i have seen some skilled offense by young D´s. But then they lack defending. But to be soooo good both in the defending and attacking. I don´t think i have ever seen that in an 18 year old before. I´m expecting this guy to break ALOT of records. Player that comes in mind....Lidstrom. Guy was insande in defending and attacking.

Time will show. He is 18. Do not forget. Already he seems to be mature in his way of thinking, he has rink awareness, stays calm and delivers in the play ups and so on. He brings stability and order. I wish him the best. Hope he can stay away from concussions and injuries. To early to tell now if he has outstanding skills in rink-IQ, defending and attacking, if he has, it still a long road to the level of Orr, Lidström and Fetisov. It does not look totally unrealistic.
