Wow I hope that stove was vented outside properly, and I didn't see the fire proofing around it. That is a fire hazard waiting to happen. Well done so fast. Amazing work!
If I remember that model right the stove vents down, then out of the cabin. But yes, I'd put reflective metal (copper) plate behind the stove, maybe one wall plank higher than it. I'd also place a disk (hexagon?) under the stove to catch cinders.
