Powerful. I was recently approached by a Monk who told me that the way to the Spiritual Dimension is to experience Forgiveness, Love and Joy and not to label anything. I have felt very peaceful since I met him. I like to think that it was God who sat beside me as he also gave me some profound missing pieces and explanations on mathematics and commotions and the intentions of the Devil. Really looking forward to watching this journey continue.
Tony is such a hard man, not in bad way. He’s just such a strong guy, I’d be broken seeing someone close to me go through what his cousin went through. He still showed up and got the interview done

Yh pretty cool stuff I wasn't sure at first.. I've often wanted to walk into the church ⛪ just out off desperation but I lose my bottle lol..its the buildings that amaze me I think there's some mad geometry and cymatics (sound) in the structure off those buildings that could make something change for you if your intentions mix with the 'tech' off the building or just your words something like that lol...prob made no sense there lol but if you never looked into cymatics and sound its mind blowing give it a watch mate some good vids on it here on youtube ..cheers becks all the best mate 😁

Never been to prison nor would I relish the survival tactics needed but life’s not all a bowl of cherries working, paying bills and keeping a positive attitude all the time , I’m sure we all feel like Tony at times.. you’re not alone . Great to hear these guys , great podcasts 👍🏻

Tony is a weirdly smart guy for someone who has a self confessed history of 'mindless' violence. He seems to have acquired a genuine wisdom which comes of age and experience. If only such a mindset could be effectively shared with younger guys.
Hopefully Tony will acquire peace of mind in the same way he appears to have acquired life insight.
I had a PTSD episode early this morning after 2 months, I had almost forgotten I had it. Now I am shattered.

I'm 53 , happily married with kids and still trying to find peace and happiness in my head and take away the stress, anxiety that's in me and don't know why.. . Ask myself every day what is happiness.. Keep thinking once I do find it I'll know so will keep searching. It sounds like you have what people describe as a God shaped whole. Jesus can fill that hole and bring yiu peace just like he did Kev and his family and myself after suffering with postnatal depression and feeling suicidal.
