Great update on the new shed/filter house. If I were you I would use the door frame legs not only is everything fitted in the correct place but you have the extra strength of the reinforcement in them. Plus screwing the frame onto the timber is less work and gives you more to work with when putting the cladding on.

Filter shed is looking good. I would suggest keeping the frame and trimming it like Skeggy suggested and if need be modify the filter shed slightly where the door will be positioned. A few headaches figuring it out now could save a lot of much bigger headaches in the future if the wood shrinks or expands due to weather as wood often does causing the door to bind and not close properly.

Hi I no its a bit of topic but on a previous video you had a sphon pipe for cleaning the vortex is it any good I have now bort about 4 different ones and none work the hand pump thing just not strong enough to pull the water up .thanks

Door frame can be planed down about 10- 20 mm top and bottom its designed like that it's not structural so you can rip it right down to the level of the reveal .. just be careful as you go through the top layer as there should be steel reinforcement in there if you can get away with it take it as much as possible from the top

Keep frame as one cut wood and run one across the top and have roof running to the back. 10 minute that will save you a lot of aggro.

Hi there,is it possible to run a new wall plate around the top of the building rising the height of the roof,say 4inches deep all round then this may leave you room to fit the door and frame as it is?
Hi buddy 👍 unfortunately theres not the room todo that as the roof for the filter house will link to the pond roof therefore its the same height as the pond redering the door frame to tall 🤦🏻

I would not cut the frame or even use wood to create a frame you can plane the UPVc frame like skeggy says
