    It's so nice to have a video WITHOUT music.
    Thank you. The silence is nice and helps me listen to the body

    • @StrengthFlowFitness
      @StrengthFlowFitness  3 ปีที่แล้ว +48

      I agree. Tried adding music for a while but decided that I'd rather have people play their own music that really moves them...or just enjoy the silence and tune in to their body. Thanks for commenting 🙏🏽

    Love this! I’ve been doing your videos for a couple weeks and I definitely notice big improvement going up and down from ground. It’s helped my surfing. I had a spinal fusion 18 years ago and squat to stand has been my weak link. I have much greater strength through movements and less pain. Thanks

    I have graduated to longer more intense practices, but was feeling tired this morning - so I came back to the original video I started with. What a difference a few years makes! This used to be a challenge, but now it's a fun, light way to start the day!

    • @StrengthFlowFitness

      Yeah, I've always focused on the quality of instruction over flashy production. People can play their own jams or simply be present with their body (which is rare & extremely valuable).

    This was an awesome stretch and strengthened exercise! I just happened to pass by your video and said Okay I'll give it a try. I'm just getting back into my strength, weight loss, and mindful joyride. I thought these movements were pretty awesome for being in a pain day of 8. I would never think to put these together which was very smart! I like how you also practice mindfulness. 💪🏼🧘🏻‍♀️👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😁

    A woman here, 35. I've been doing your workouts for a week. They're challenging, they make me sweat and they give me so much pleasure! I have a lot of stress and tension in my life and during especially tough weeks I drink alcohol in the evenings once in 3 - 7 days. Wasn't drinking this week though because of endorphins flood your workouts give me. Today was a hard day, and I'm tired, I'm a bit sore after yesterday's workout (haha), but I've just finished this small video and I feel renewed. Sent a link to a friend who strained a muscle in his back some time ago.
    Thank you, Kellen

It’s teaching my body to move like a human! I have been locked up in bad posture for my whole life and this is helping me hugely to improve it in addition to chiropractor,weight training, some calesthenics… but your classes are bringing it all together! Thanks brother I appreciate you!
