In the new Android 15 this option makes more sense. I use it from at least 1-2 year in Romania and I could add ING Bank and even other payment Cards. Good job all of you 👍🏻
I love my Pixel 8 and Pixel Tablet, but one thing that has always annoyed me is the lack of an option to switch between audio output devices easily. It always was difficult to do unless I was watching TH-cam. At that point I could swipe down from the top and select it on the menu. They fixed that and I couldn't be happier!
@realVampyToast Yea that's pretty much how Samsung's secure folder works. You can clone some apps and some shit from the main directory file. I'm not hating it, it's nice the same thing finally exist on Pixel.
Guys, not every new update needs flashy new features, otherwise it just gets overwhelming and bloated. It's more of a refinement rather than a jam-packed feature update - and with the stagnation of technology as a whole, expect a whole lot more of that in the future...
Google needs to update its Android Design team, they bring an outdated identity to the system, this control center, these phone and messaging apps, and this table of all apps already sound old and inefficient, damn it.
I'm noticing a slight improvement with Standby mode. The battery doesn't drain as much when I'm not using the phone during the day. Doze Mode is making my SOT longer without random apps draining a ton in the background.
Unfortunately on my 8 pro, streaming TH-cam videos to the Google TV Streamer queue is broken since the update. It had been fixed before. Also, I got an error in Google Play because they added Google Weather app but it can't update because it's not compatible with my device, according to the error message.

Most of these features have been on One UI for years, seems like Google is adopting most of Samsung's "bloatware." Is there actually anything new if you're a Samsung user?
I got my pixel 9 pro XL today..haven't even turned it on. Typing on the Fold 4. So the update is mostly adding Samsung features...cool. Lol@Private Space.

On the other hand many new features in every update - makes it less stable. You need to have those maintenance updates every now and then.

Pretty much in private space you are running another instance of Android on its own sandbox separate from your main.
