Started re-watching when Joy came back in 2016 and I must say this is the first segment were everything about it was dumb and pointless! Okay Ana and Asunción we get it! Y’all received a good pay out by the Bezos to talk nicely about him and got invited to their mansion and wrote your name with a sharpie blah blah.... Feeling like Whoopi on this segment, we really don’t care.
How about not blocking the unionization of the workers so they can fsurly megotiate for wages and benefits. Also pay higher taxes so the givt can provide the resources the poor , the disabled and working families need without relying on philantropy.

I’ve been watching the view since 2016, and I find this segment very tacky, particularly from Ana and Sunny who are so vocally aggressive about the Trump situation, how the heck do you participate in an event organized by someone who literally takes advantage of OUR WORLD??…. these ladies have lost it, asides the name dropping, im not sure what the point of this segment was.
I mostly agree; I was trying to think, "Well, they went to support Eva Longoria, and it's nice these folks are getting money to use for good", but at the end of it all, I'm still scratching my head as to why this needed a segment, albeit a short one. Jeff needs to do better by those workers in his warehouses and we all need to check ourselves as consumers; there's no reason someone in Middle America dies on a warehouse floor (while the rest of her co-workers are trying to walk around her to maintain their productivity) because I wanted my copy of Gwen Stefani's "Love Angel.Music.Baby." delivered to my house the next day.
Meanwhile kids are being blown apart rich ppl having parties passing out money …. Sunny stop lying smh
